Beautiful, newly decorated & furnished 2 storey air-conditioned house on a 1/4 of an acre plot in quiet location, only 15min from Disney. Large, fully screened pool, (which can be heated at extra cost on request),with underwater lighting, covered lanai with ceiling fan & lots of space to relax or sunbathe on our luxury pool furniture on the south facing pool deck. Games room including 7ft pool table, air hockey & fussball. Double height open plan Family room with Cable TV & DVD. Dining room, kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & stove. Laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer, cloakroom. Master bedroom suite on ground floor with king size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe /dressing room/, access directly onto pool deck, spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with corner bath, large shower cubicle, his&hers basins Upstairs-bedroom with queen size bed, TV. 2 twin bedded rooms, each with a TV and DVD player & bean bag seating. Approximately 20 miles from Orlando airport and only 15 minutes from Disney and other theme parks. Boating and excellent bass fishing is available nearby on Lake Tohopekaliga. Local golf, and horse riding also available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum rental period is 4 days,daily prices on request.
    All periods which include Xmas, New Year and Easter are priced at peak rates .
    Optional Gas BBQ rental available on request $65 (minimum 1 week)+ $5 per day for each extra day. Includes full gas bottle and cleaning.
  • Deposit of £150/$250 is required with booking. Security deposit of £150 /$250 is required at time of making balance payment for property, this will be refunded within 48 hours of your return subject to house condition on departure-payment by credit card (Master Card or Visa only) does not require damage deposit to be paid, however this amount will be reserved on your card & only taken after your stay if necessary, therefore no refund is necessary with this method of payment. Balance is required in full 8 weeks prior to start date of holiday.
    Pool heating is available at an extra cost of £90/$150 per week-bookable in advance.
    All prices are inclusive of US taxes, however, we reserve the right to alter the rental rates should Florida State tax rates alter. Final clean on your departure is also included in the cost. If you require extra cleans during your stay these can be requested at a cost of approx $90 each, payable directly to management company.

Notes: Large pool with colour change underwater lighting is fully caged for your comfort and has large lanai (porch) area with table and chairs and ceiling fan for outside eating. All doors from house to pool area are fitted with child alarms. Pool deck area for sunbathing is equipped with luxury furniture and is south facing for all day sunshine. Games room with 7ft pool table. Football table and full size air hockey table. Large fridge/freezer also has automatic ice dispenser and chilled filtered water on tap. Full kitchen and a George Foreman grill for quick healthy meals. Local management company offer 24 hour cover for any emergencies. As with most US properties car hire is a necessity. Keys provided in lock box-no lengthy detours to collect keys from offices. Pool heating at £90/$160 per week must be booked in advance. If pool heating is requested on arrival, management company will charge heating cost as shown plus a call out charge payable direct to management company on site.

We have stayed in a lot of villas and this was one of the best & very well equipped. The kids in particular loved the pool & it was lovely at night when it was lit up with all the different colours. We are just back from a fantastic fortnight in Florida staying at this lovely accomodation. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious and ideally situated within 1/2 hours drive of all the parks. The weather was especially hot while we were there and it was fantastic to be able to use the pool on the couple of rest days that we had back at the villa and on the occasional morning prior to leaving for the disney parks. The house has everything you could want, very clean and well maintained and we especially found the air conditioning really useful seeing the temperatures in the first week were in the 90's. Carolyn was especially helpful and able to recommend several places to eat as well as giving great directions to the nearest supermarkets (only 15mins away)! We were first-timers so all this information was really useful! Driving after the 1st couple of days was not a problem - once you know your routes it was quite easy to find although we had hired a sat-nav which did come in very useful!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and area to anyone else and would hope when we decide to return to Florida this property would be our 1st choice!!!

Great house for families!

We spent a week in this house in Orlando and it was wonderful. There were seven people in our party - 5 adults and 2 children under the age of eight. The kids loved the individual beds, bean bag chairs, game room and of course the pool. It was so nice after a long day of walking to jump in the water and just have some play time (there were pool noodles, balls and other toys)!! There was plenty of room in the dinning room, kitchen and living room for all of us. The bedrooms are also fairly spacious with room for suitcases, purchases etc.

The owners of this home should be commended for their customer service. All enquiries and emails were answered right away and they helped to take the stress out of travelling. Carolyn provided excellent directions from the airport, to Disney and Sea World as well as local restaurants and grocery stores. We found the area very easy to get around in. The management company was also excellent and very friendly. There was a small supply of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. so just remember to either bring a few of those items with you or set aside time to shop fairly shortly after your arrival.

We would certainly recommend this house to family and friends and the kids keep asking "When can we go back to our house at Disney"!!!! It certainly became our home away from home for the week.

Our 2nd Great Visit

Once again this house met all of our expectations, in fact our youngest son said it felt like home!
The pool was warm and welcoming, the home is lovely, the location for us is perfect, the home is located in a quiet, non crowded area, perfect for access to the hustle and bustle of Orlando's theme parks, or if you prefer, lazy quiet days taking in the sun and lounging around the pool.
We would definitely recommend this house to first timers to Florida and those returning for another visit.
2013 will see our family return to this house.
Owner's Response: Welcome back ,our oasis of calm is definately the perfect place to wind down after busy visits to the parks and malls. Just right for the adults to relax and get a break while the kids play safely! Look forward to your return visit next year.

A lovely calm base

This was a great base for our extended family during our week in Orlando. The house was very clean and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the pool area and garden - much more private and spacious than many other properties in the area. It was an easy drive to the theme parks in the morning and a pleasant escape at the end of the day. We were able to arrange for a late departure on the day we left which was very helpful.

Home Away from Home

Our family and Family friends recently stayed at the Peace Circle House. We would highly recommend it to anyone hoping to find accommodations in Florida. The house and it's location we're well suited to our needs. We wanted 9 days of rest and relaxation prior to staying at a resort at Disney. Not to say one couldn't do the parks from this location, however we decided that our 5 days at Disney would be hard core and we didn't want to deal with parking.

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything a person could need: TVs, games room, pool, pool accessories (tubes, pails), strollers, etc. Our children were in the pool non-stop unless we had to go out and about. We travelled in December and I highly recommend the extra cost for the heated pool. This ensured the kids could swim, swim, swim and the adults could relax relax relax.

We did some day trips: Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre and Legoland and the house is centrally located to all attractions.

The owners were exceptional to deal with. Every detail was provided to us prior to arriving as well as on-site literature. They are also very fast to respond to any questions you have while on site.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their home. Our children were sad to leave and wished we could have taken the house with us.
