The villa sleeps up to 14 in themed bedrooms which includes a fantastic childrens suite that has two bedrooms and den area with PlayStation and a variety of games. Every amenity is provided in this property with televisions with cable in every bedroom and surround sound stereo system that extends throughout the villa and onto the lanai area, over sized swimming pool, spa and Mickey Mouse kiddie whirlpool. This villa is ideal for single families or those looking to holiday with extended family or friends.

We stayed at the Paradise Villa from June 26 thru July 5, 2009. The owners were gracious enough to only charge us half of the daily rental rate on the first day because we didn;t check in until 8pm. When we arrived at the home, we loved the interior. It was very homey. The rooms were themed and the kid rooms upstairs were great! Plenty of toys, games, dvds for the kids. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and bowls (that is huge for us because we cook at home a lot). We love staying in Formosa, it's always so quiet. Very relaxing. We will be back.

Perfect and beautiful vacation home

This home is GORGEOUS and just perfect for a Disney vacation. We rented Paradise Villa for a family reunion vacaton. There were 11 of us and we all fit comfortably here. The decor is beautiful. The furniture is comfortable. The location of the home to the Disney parks couldn't be better. Very close to everything yet set away in it's own private, quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. The pool and lanai area was everyone's favorite place to be. Wonderful pool, spa and the Mickey Mouse pool was an added bonus. The rental process went very smoothly and I have never received our security deposit back faster from any other home we've rented. We are now thinking of making this a yearly tradition and Paradise Villa will definately be a part of it. If you have any reservations or worries about making Paradise Villa your choice for your Disney vacation, don't! It helped make our vacation just perfect! Thank you, Babette and family!
