This 4 bedroom villa is superbly located in the popular and ‘Hamilton Reserve’ community renowned for its splendid villas and tranquil setting yet still within close proximity to all the main attractions. The accommodation consists of a Master bedroom with en-suit bathroom, a further second guest bedroom with queen size bed and en-suit plus two further twin bed rooms each with two single beds, Spacious Family lounge, Formal dining area, Secondary lounge and games area with snooker table and a ‘Fussball’ table located in the garage, Fully equipped kitchen with nook area for four, fabulous heated pool, Patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The Theme Parks of Disney and Universal plus other assorted attractions and shopping malls are only a short drive away.

The perfect choice!

The spacious house made for a wonderful retreat at the end of each day, allowing everybody privacy and quiet when needed. Many, many hours were spent in the pool and shooting pool!
We had all of the amenities we needed within arm's reach, were close to the grocery stores, restaurants and attractions we came to visit. Our location afforded us with an easy day-trip to either coast. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The home is beautiful and clean. The neighbours were friendly. There's a playground within walking distance.
My youngest (4 yrs old) was very sad to learn he had to leave his "new house" on our day of departure. He had every intention of staying.

Nine days of fun in Orlando

The home is wonderfully located with a petrol station selling basics at the end of the road and WalMart within 5 mins drive and Disney Parks 15 mins away. The house was well equipped and the pool warm. Having the pool table was a huge bonus for those chill times when we were parked-out. Disappointed not to have a welcome pack on arrival (plane delayed so didn't arrive til early hours). Would be good to have a pint of milk and some teabags/bread etc as the European do. It was very quiet and once we'd got our bearings, very easy to find after a full day at the parks. Definitely recommend for location and with a family of our ages (13,12 and 9).

Unfortunately welcome packs have been a contentious issue in the past and with 24 hour services on hand it was decided not to offer them especially as the vast majority of flights get guests to the villa by late afternoon.

Grate holiday in Florida

My family an I, had the most wonderful holiday in Florida, our base was this wonderful house, where we spend many hours by the pool, the house is located in one of the best area in Kissimmee, The neighbourhood was also of the best kind, friendly and helpful.

We spend two days at the Keyes, it was a long ride, we spend some hour in Miami, and then to the Keyes, which are so beautiful, but you have to all the way the Key West.

You also need to visit Disney world, our day in Magic Kingdom was absolute wonderful, and one of the best tour we had.

We can absolute recommend a holiday, in this luxury house, where you find everything you may need, to have a perfect holiday, the size was perfect for us with our tree kids on 16, 18 and 21 years old.

We did not spend any time in the kitchen for cooking, the food and price are just so fair, that we preferred, to go out, and for breakfast we can warm recommend Sizzler, or the Golden Correl, both are located on US 192 W the serve both buffet, all you can eat, the Golden Correl have also a very good dinner buffet.

Holiday in the sun

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a nice villa with a homely feel. The villa was clean and tidy, had all the facilites you could ask for and was in close proximity to Disney main road to I Drive and the restaurants, shops etc on 192. The pool was heated to an adequate temperature and caught the sun from sunrise to sunset. Wildlife lovers might like the abundance of lizards and squirrels in the garden.....fascinating to watch. One minor down side was that there was occasional aircraft noise from the local Kissimmee airport, but this was never later than 10pm and was by no means excessive.
All in all, a very nice place to stay.
