Frequently Asked Questions: How do I get the house keys?
We will send you details and directions for our management agent following final payment of the balance. Our agents office is easy to find and less than 3 minutes from the villas. Keys can be picked up from our agent 24 hrs per day.
Age of lead name on booking form
We will normally only accept bookings where the lead name on the booking form is 25 years or older. We will only accept bookings from anyone under 25 years after reference to our booking office.
How do I get from the airport to the villa?
We will send you written instructions of directions to our agents office from both Orlando and Sanford airports following payment of the balance. Our agents will then provide you with clear instructions to the villa which are literally 3 minutes from their offices. Alternatively use the link which gives clear instructions, including details of the road signs to expect.
Are linen and towels provided in the villa?
All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen and towels are provided. Pool towels are also supplied for your use around the villa pool area. We kindly ask that you do not take the towels out of the villa accommodation to the water parks.
Can we go into the villa before 4 o'clock on arrival?
You may be able to gain access to the villa before 4pm but you will not be allowed into the villa until it has been fully cleaned. However you are free to use the outdoor facilities i.e. pool and sun-beds. This is to ensure that a full inventory can take place prior to your stay. Please remember that previous guests will be in residence until 10 am so our agents need chance to gain access to the property.
Can we stay in the villa later than the vacating time of 10 am?
The check out time is 10 am. In exceptional circumstances you may be able to arrange with our local agent to stay longer but this depends on whether a new arrival is anticipated.
Do the villas have safes?
Most of the villas have a small safe for keeping documents, passports and currency. We do not provide any insurance with regards to such items remaining on the premises. Most of the houses also have full security.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
Larger supermarkets such as the 24 hour WalMart can be found approximately 5 minutes away between 'Markers ' 14 & 15 on Highway192. Alternatively there are the smaller supermarkets contained in the local petrol filling stations and also amongst the shopping malls. Full details will be given in an information pack which will be available for your use within the villa.
What do I do if there's a problem in the villa?
Full details of our management agent will be given in the villa brochure. They are available 24 hours a day and located within 3 minutes of the villas. They will be able to deal with repairs and any queries you have concerning the accommodation.
