Situated within the peaceful luxury gated resort of Terra Verde, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 10 mins from all Disney attractions & a few minutes from Wal-Mart & a selection of restaurants The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room (large washing machine/tumble dryer) dining area, living area (with sofa bed, TV, DVD, baby alarm) & private patio with table, chairs & 8 seater hot tub. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms & master bedroom with a queen bed, TV & en-suite bathroom A short stroll (2 min) takes you across the fishing lake to the Clubhouse area with a walk-in heated pool (ideal for small children) spa, loungers, tiki-hut & play area. For fitness addicts there is a volley ball court & a basketball court. Inside the Clubhouse is a fitness centre, sauna, games room, large community room, concierge desk & free internet access A large room is available for private functions Guests have free access to all resort amenities

This Villa is excellent. Will be renting it out again in 2009 for the 3rd year running. Having stayed at other locations in Florida i can say the villa is on a really good gated complex with excellent surroundings and facilities. We would not consider staying anywhere else. The owner provides excellent directions and welcome instructions, which will help you. The Villa has everything you need to cook and is always very clean.The washing machine and tumble dryer are brilliant, much better than any i have ever seen in England, so good in fact i never bring home any dirty washing . If you don't want to cook it is only 5 mins in the car to a 24hour walmart and so many great places to eat. The theme parks are all close by, along with so many shops and restaurants you'll be spoilt for choice. We have 4 children and the villa is plenty plenty big enough..They love the complex pool,arcadre,park and they love the lake which they would happily spend all day looking at the wildlife and the turtles in it.
Don't be afraid of booking your own flights and hiring your own car in order to rent this villa. We have always saved money doing it that way which means more to spend at the theme parks and shops enjoying yourself.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The property was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 (kids 11 and 12) on a weeks vacation to check out the waiting lines at the Disney theme parks!
The property was clean and well maintained. All the appliances are new and work perfectly well.
The gated resort is in a quiet area which is very useful after a hard day at a theme park. The nearest shops are only a few minutes away in your car and the Theme parks are just 15 minute drive away.
Have no problem recommending the property to others.
If going to any of the theme parks, dont go on July the 4th there are far too many people!!
Discovery Cove is a must though a fantastic experience, and although expensive out lay it does include a weeks pass for either Sea World or Busch Gardens.
