Dream villa with south pool in wooded, lake area close to Disney/Golf
Our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, overlooking orange groves at the back and to the front there is an attractive and reputedly well-stocked fishing lake with a wooden fishing deck. There are 4 full size spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 people plus cot. It is possible to sleep a further 2 people on the queen size sofa bed. The two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and cable TV's. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, a large lounge area with great facilities (cable TV, PlayStation 2, DVD, VCR, mini hi-fi system, full size Bar Football table), and a full set of golf clubs, fishing rods have been left for your use. The large south facing pool catches the sun the whole day long, and heating is available if required. The villa is fully alarmed for extra peace of mind. Next to the nearby lake there is a delightful recreational area with Cabaña and children's play area along with communal BBQs ideal for large get together's.

Our executive private family villa is located on the New 'Bass Lakes Estate', which is a small high class development with a wooded conservation area as its backdrop and in close proximity to Disney World. Just a short walk along the palm tree lined walkway are restaurants to suit all tastes, shops including a Wal-Mart for all your food and gift shopping at local prices, night time shows (Medieval Times), Adventure Golf, Air Boat rides, Go Karts, and even British style pubs should you have time to miss home. This select community is just a little over 10 minutes from Disney World and is only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Just off Highway 192, Kissimmee, close to all the local attractions Florida has to offer yet in the right place to be away from it all. For keen golfers the villa is ideally located for many golf courses. Fishing is available on the private lake, there is horse riding close by or you could just pop along to the local Friday night rodeo in Kissimmee.

| Notes: | We take pride in maintaining our villa to a high standard and visit regularly, adding homely touches. The swimming pool is south facing and is accessible by lounge patio doors and poolside half bathroom. All the bedrooms are extremely spacious with built-in wardrobes, and the two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and cable TVs. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a breakfast bar and dining area. There is a very large lounge area with access to the sun deck, pool side area through alarmed patio doors for child safety. Free cable TV and a telephone is also installed with free local calls. The villa also has the following:- pool-side chairs/loungers/table, cot, child's high-chair, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hairdryers, PlayStation 2 with games, Bar Football table, DVD, VCR, mini Hi-Fi system, radio alarm, full set of golf clubs, fishing rods, toys, games, books, iron, ironing board, all linen and towels. Property management is close by. |
Great Location
We think the villa is ideally located to visit all the fantastic nearby tourist attractions including Disney World itself (just over a ten minute drive). The villa is situated in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac yet it is also within walking distance of local attractions. So if you are getting bored of driving everywhere why not take the palm tree lined walk ways to the local Pioneer centre, adventure golf, air boat rides, Go Karts restaurants, night entertainment (famous Medieval Times), or just shop at the super sized Walmart shopping centre. In the unlikely event that you will find the time to feel home sick, and feel the need to see home UK sport, there are even British pubs close by. A Great Family Holiday in a Home from Home
We have tried to make the villa feel like home with quality furnishings and fittings for inside and outside, whilst still retaining a flavour of the Florida style. This is our second home and we have taken pride in maintaining the villa to a high standard. Over the last four years we have added our own touches not just for our benefit on our regular visits, but also for the benefit of our guests. Nearby Activities
You will be able to use the fishing rods that have been left in the villa to fish in the private lake to the front of the villa. You can take your children horse riding at the Horse World Riding Stables or you could even see the Friday night Kissimmee Rodeo one junction east along the 192 Highway. There are four GOLF courses and the county's largest driving range within 6 miles radius of the villa which are all open to the public. There are another 6 golf courses at the Disney World Resort. Of course being in Florida they are all of an extremely high standard, but still offering affordability.
