Designed from the build stage to be the very best of the best, this huge 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom villa has been designed with holidaymakers in mind. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, there are 2 lounges, 2 dining areas, a study with PC and wireless internet, butlers pantry, games room with 8' slate bed pool table, air hockey, PlayStation, large pool and spa, all on a gated resort community with clubhouse. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players, the family room has a 57in HD TV with cable, DVD, TIVO PVR and Nintendo Wii games system. Local and International telephone calls are included. Outside the large 30x15' pool and spa is heated and sits on an extended, and screened deck area. The covered lanai includes an outside poolside bathroom, and a 'millionaires' summer grill within the Lanai area. The pool has colour changing lights for extra effect in the evening, while the outside speakers let you enjoy your music by the pool.

The villa is perfectly situated in the Bella Vida Resort, located on Oren Brown road which runs between the 192 and Poinciana Blvd in Kissimmee, just behind Medieval Times and Walmart. Villas in Kissimmee are the closest you can get to all the attractions, just minutes from all the major Orlando attractions. Disney World is just 5 miles down the road, Universal Studios and Seaworld are approximately a 15 minute drive.

We had a wonderfull stay in your house. Near by is seaworld - our grandsons loved it. As well the Aquatica-park, Buschgarden, DinosaurusWorld, KennedySpace-Center,Gatorland.
For shopping and eating - we were by ponderosa and olive garden, it was very good - it was a ideal situation.
It was an Holiday paradies for our familiy an we will come back.
Everbody needs a car.

A perfect Villa to enjoy a fantastic holiday!

The description of the property was very accurate! It was fantastic and very clean, well-maintained, well-stocked and in an excellent location for visiting the Disney Parks as well as getting to the shopping malls and to loads of restaraunts etc. The supermarket was within walking distance and stocked EVERYTHING, it only took a 15 to 20 minute drive to any of the Disney Theme Parks (you do need a car) and the driving is easy. Try Joes Crab Shack for an interesting eating experience and Pacinos do a good meal too. The villa pool was very safe and very clean and we loved it. The owners Andy and Hayley were so helpful right from the day we enquired about the villa right through until the day we left and we feel as if they are friends. I would certainly recommend their villa to all my friends and we all hope to book with them again as soon as we can. First class service, first class villa and a first class holiday, what more can I say!!!!!
