Built in late 2004 this brand new development of fantastic luxury villas offers peace and tranquillity and yet only 15-20 minutes from all the major attractions and 10 minutes from the Florida Mall and various golf courses. A spacious family home that has been luxuriously furnished throughout comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 double-bedded masters and 2 twins, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a pool bathroom. The spacious living area and dinning room have been tastefully furnished and designed affording comfort and style. The modern themed kitchen with breakfast area is fully fitted and equipped with all appliances and amenities. There is also a utility room and poolside dining furniture. Other facilities include Air conditioning, a separate washer and dryer, cooker, microwave, Fridge / Freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, Telephone/Fax machine, Cable TV to all rooms, Playstation 2 in both twin bedded rooms, Video and DVD player, hairdryers, a Ironing facility.

Our villa is located in the new community of Villa sol just 10 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and at the end of the Osceola Parkway, a main route into Disney. Your within walking distance of the local Walgreens shop and a short drive to a Super Walmart and various other shopping facilities. East Lake Tohopekaliga which offers fishing and Airboat rides is also a 5 minutes drive away. We also have our own website if your require more information and pictures, ask us for link.

  • Payment can be accepted in £ Sterling, $ USD and Euros. A security deposit of £100 pounds is required on payment of your balance and is refunded after your stay. We are also happy to consider special rates for vacations which are 3 weeks plus. Pool heating is recommended between October and April for which an additional charge of £70 pounds per week will be made. An additional charge for cleaning is applicable to all bookings and will be included in your quote.

Notes: The house also has a fully screened 12 x 24 pool ( Heating Optional Extra) and Jacuzzi with small waterfall, a large deck area, a covered lanai and a southwest facing garden which benefits from the sun all day. Also around the pool is a large table and 6 chairs with 4 sunbeds and 2 occasional tables. In the garage area we have various games including a 7ft snooker table, a full size table tennis table, a dart board and mobile basket ball hoop. Smoking is permitted but only outside the property. There is also a gas BBQ for guests who wish to use it. Also we have available two fold away beds suitable for children which would increase the sleeping to a maximum of 10.

Better Than The Pictures.......

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in the Villa # 17127. To be honest, I was a little skeptical of renting this home due to the fact that I had never rented through this web-site. However, through some very good communication with the homeowner, I felt much more at ease. He was very good at getting me any/all information that I needed. He even offered additional information about activities within the surrounding area.

Upon our arrival, we extremely excited to see that the pictures and information were right on the mark. This home was exceptionally clean and was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kids absolutely loved the idea that they had their own room AND each room came equipped with a play station. This home was extremely roomy and having the ability to spread out and relax was easy to do. Even more relaxing was the pool just outside the sliding back doors. Since we were there in June, there was no need for pool heat. The temperature was hot and the pool offered a refreshing way to relax in the sun. We even took advantage of the covered portion of the patio by enjoying lunch and dinner during our stay.

Overall, this was a great home to be in during our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone that I knew was visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area. With just a short drive to the major attractions (15-20 min), we knew that we would have a good time both at the parks and the home. I hope to stay again in the years ahead.
