Lakeside Property in quiet area within easy reach of Theme Parks
Our house which was finished in March 2000 is fully air conditioned with the added comfort of ceiling fans in all bedrooms. It is situated in the quiet area of Lakeside some 15 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and only 40 minutes from Sanford Airport. All theme parks are within 30 minutes by car. We are within 5 minutes drive of Highway 192 which provides very many options for eating out and shopping. Within easy reach also are Beltz Factory outlet complex and the Florida Mall. The swimming pool has solar heating which is ideal for late spring and summer. There is also electric heating which can be used to heat the pool during the rest of the year . This can be made available for 75.00 stg ($150.00 USD) per week.

Quiet residential area, within easy reach of both Osceola Parkway and Florida Turnpike, which gives good access to Disney Parks Universal Studios Florida Mall etc. Also with 2-3 minutes drive of 192 which ihas a great variety of shops and restaurants Less than 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport using the less busy South exit. Childrens Play area and tennis courts are on the Lakeside Estate less than 10 minutes walk from the house.

| Notes: | Our property contains 3 Bedrooms. Large Master bedroom which has patio doors opening onto the swimming pool also has a large ensuite bathroom. The double bedroom and twin bedded room share the second bathroom. All bedrooms in addition to the large open plan lounge/dining room also have ceiling fans for comfort. The property also has a crib and high chair for any infants. The heated swimming pool over looks a small lake. Pool furniture table chairs and sun loungers are also provided. Access to the swimming pool is through either the lounge area or the Master Bedroom. The house is well equipped carrying all the equipment would expect. In addition to the cable TV in the lounge there is also a Video Recorder and small stereo system which includes a CD player to allow you to play the bargain CDs to be found prior to your return home. There is also a TV linked to cable in the Master bedroom. |
Golf Information:
This area is one of America's best for both the number of courses and their quality. In addition the factory outlet stores ( Nike, Reebok, Addidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren/Polo, Dexter)provide many opportunities to stock up on all items of apparel and shoes etc. Our house is only 5 minutes drive for the good course at Kissimmee Bay Country with Remmington only a couple of minutes further. But with the excellent transport system 50-60 courses will fall within 45 minutes drive of the house providing excellent tests and value for money. Summer is the low season for golf in Florida with green fees (including cart) for little more than $25.
