Luxurious 4 bedroomed family villa

Located in a tranquil private gated community, adjacent to a nature reserve. This property will be particularly appealing to families with easy access to all theme parks. On site facilities include basketball and volleyball courts and children’s play areas. This luxurious four bed three bathroom villa with private pool (heated if required) and BBQ has recently been completely refurbished and provides spacious contemporary accommodation. Main lounge area has large 52 inch TV, DVD together with large movie library and stereo system. This property boasts a large master bedroom and guest room both with en suite facilities and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom access. All rooms have a TV and DVD. In addition the master bedroom has satellite TV and a PlayStation II, essential for the kids. Full climate control throughout. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Linen and towels provided.

Our villa is conveniently located within easy reach of all of Florida's famous theme parks and numerous shops and restaurants. A large Publix supermarket is a short five minute drive away for all your essential provisions. If you are a keen golfer the Ponciana Golf Club, a Championship qualifying course which is very affordable on a day ticket, is only a seven minute drive away. Being in Kissimme you will also be in easy reach of the atmospheric Old Town famous for its Friday night parade of classic Cadillacs and retro themed shops and restaurants.
