Luxury 4 Bed, 3 Bath (2 en-suite) villa built on a larger than average, exclusive south-east facing plot backing onto one of the four lakes on the Cumbrian Lakes gated community. The pool deck is NOT OVER-LOOKED and has been extended to take advantage of the stunning views and Florida sunshine, it also features an EX-LARGE 33FT private heated pool, 6 sun-loungers, a covered lanai with table and chairs and an outside shower. Accommodation features vaulted ceilings and high standard furnishings including FREE INTERNET access, with spacious living and dining room for the whole family, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room, 2 master double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and cable TV, 2 twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom, 1 'Disney' themed and 1 with a PS2, also a *GAMES ROOM* featuring a full-size pool table. Facilities include all linen, towels, cot, high-chair, push-chair, hair-dryers, cable TV in every room, DVD and Hi-fi.

Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and peaceful gated community situated just minutes from Highway '192' off Poinciana Boulevard (Near MEDIEVAL TIMES). There are several lakes with fountains and the main lake has a jogging and nature trail around it, there is a small children's play area. The '192' which is just 5 minutes away hosts a huge selection of restaurants including: The Ponderosa, Denny's, Pizza Hut, Perkins, Chinese Buffet and several Italian's amongst plenty of shops. Disney and all the major attractions including Sea World are within 15/20 minutes drive and Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.

This is the first time I and my family have been to Florida and quite simply, this villa is superb. Fantastic location, tons of space and the facilities are superb. Contact with the owners was always prompt and very thorough. I would certainly book this villa at Cumbrian Lakes again.

Thought i would leave a review for this Villa as it has to be the BEST place we have stayed, we are off to Florida for our 6th time in November and love it so much have booked Andrew and Julie's villa for the 3rd time. The house is very cosy and homely, lovely to come back to and relax after a tiring day at the park or to the shops, the pool is fantasic its HUGE and can fit pool toys which always make it more fun for the kids. The games room is great too, pool games get very competitive!!! It has many ammenities to suit all ages including toys for the children. It is ideally situated and close to all main attractions. Communication with Andrew and Julie is great they are always quick to reply with any questions and are flexible to our needs. Would reccommend to everyone.
