Completed June 2003 with over 2000sq ft of living space, our executive villa with a pool/spa overlooks a large lake. Luxurious accommodation, elegantly furnished. Entrance opens out to large front lounge and dining area. An archway brings you to an open-plan family room that contains a kitchen, breakfast bar, breakfast area and family lounge. Kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance, the family lounge has a 36” Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Hi-Fi, DVDs, CDs, Videos and Books. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have TVs. The main master has a huge 4-poster bed, and the kids room has PS2 console, games, toy box and books with beanbags and adult-size bunk beds. The garage houses a full-size Table Tennis Table, Electronic Darts board, Table Football and Gas BBQ. Other facilities also include a laundry room with washer and dryer, cot, high chair, linens, towels, and beach towels

Cumbrian Lakes is on the East side of the I-4 towards Kissmmee, where most of the restaurants, shops and local attractions are located. It is located off Poinciana Boulevard, South off the US-192. It is a new gated community and has become a very sought-after location because of its peaceful lakes with jogging and nature trails whilst being extremely close to Disney, US-192 and the shops - a superb combination! Nearby are numerous public Golf Courses, lakes for fishing and areas of natural beauty for spotting wild life. An hours drive east finds Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona/Cocoa beaches, and 45 minutes drive west finds Busch Gardens and Clearwater beach. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes from Cumbrian Lakes, Orlando Sanford Airport is about an hour drive. Our villa is only 12 mins from Disney and 5 minutes from Walmart and the bustle of the US-192, whilst occupying a tranquil setting overlooking a lake, with over 40ft of clear grassland behind.
