Set in a conservation area with lake walk & jogging trail, it provides a peaceful haven & yet is close to all the excitement of the theme parks. Disney is only 10 min away & the shops & restaurants on Highway 192 are a 5 min drive. Master suite with king-size bed, bath & walk-in shower, sitting area with TV/DVD. Second master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bath/shower, TV/DVD. 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Utility room. Further double bedroom with adjacent bath/shower on the ground floor. Large formal lounge & dining room. Open-plan family room with TV/DVD & PS2. Fully equipped kitchen & breakfast area overlooking screened 27’ south-facing pool with extended decking & raised spa. Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful wooded conservation area with sparkling lakes that provide a natural habitat for Cranes, Ospreys & Blue Herons. The area has a children's playground and many walks & jogging trails. Our villa backs onto a wooded area and is therefore not overlooked, so you can relax by the pool in total privacy. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney & Sea World are no more than 15 minutes drive, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall are about 30 minutes away. If your a fishing enthusiast you couldn't be in a better place West Lake Toho has some of the best bass fishing in Florida and is 10 mins away record catches are the norm here! If you fancy going a bit further afield, the Gulf Coast to the West, the Atlantic Coast to the East and Kennedy Space Center are all only about an hour's drive.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS = Personal Check. Credit/ debit cards via paypal available 3.4% charge applies.
    Pool heat = £85.00 per week
    Deposit of £125.00 per week required to secure booking. Once the booking is confirmed (normally within 7 days), the deposit will be non-refundable.
    The outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time, an additional refundable security deposit of £200.00/US$350 will be payable to cover any breakages/damage. The security deposit will be refunded to the client no later than 30 days after vacating the property, subject to no breakages/damage.
    In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
    6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge.
    4-6 weeks prior to departure - 75% of total rental charge.
    Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge.

Wonderful Holiday Home

When you book a villa holiday, unless you've been there before, you always worry that it won't match up to the photos,description etc... well not with this property.What a wonderful place to spend your holidays.... big social areas, large kitchen, excellent pool area and the bedrooms were fabulous. The villa is obviously very well looked after, clean and stocked with just about everything you would possibly need, just a home from home really.
Linda provided us with a quick and efficient service, and her directions from the airport were perfect.The games room was a welcome part of the villa, somewhere to spend time waiting for others to get ready!!!
On our 2nd last day my daughter, who celebrated her 4th birthday on holiday(Wal-mart recommended for cakes) asked if we could come back to 'our villa' , when we return to Orlando we hope to be coming back here, to our villa.

Great Family Villa

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa.
Bedrooms, pool and location were spot on.
Kids loved the pool and it was a short drive to the Disney Parks.
Nice and close to the 192 for supermarkets and places to eat.
The town of Celebration is only a 15 minute drive away, and is really worth a visit. Great Italian, Spanish and Japanese restaurants.
Owner was helpful and professional throughout my dealings with her and gave good directions to the villa from the airport.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A home away from home

What can I say....The house was all we could dream for, large rooms, great pool and pool area with BBQ. All the shopping (5-15 min) and themeparks (15min) were within easy reach. We loved the gameroom, and it was almost impossible to get the kids out of the pool. Lynda (the owner) were great from first contact, it felt safe, personal and professional all the way. We would recomend the property to everyone, and hope to rent it on our next trip to orlando.

3 WEEK STAY

Lynda made the booking very easy and was extremely helpful. Upon our arrival, the directions given were great and we found the property without any difficulty.
The villa was lovely and clean and tidy, and we were even left wine and champagne.
The pool and spa got a lot of use; and it was lovely to watch the deer from the hot tub. The games room was also put to good use.
We did have a problem with black flies getting everywhere in the house, but the management company came the same day we rang them and sprayed the property whilst we were out.
The master suite was fantastic and there were plenty of towels for everyone.
A great villa and a lovely owner. I would definitely recommend staying here; especially if you are a large group or family.

Owner's Response: Our aim is make our guests vacation an easy and enjoyable one with hopefully a few little extra touches along the way. If its a special occasion as a wedding certainly is we try to join in the celebration in our own way.
The black flies are called love bugs locally and are around a couple of times a year and do get everywhere and are harmless, but glad to hear that our management teams response was as it should be prompt and reliable. Its great when our guests take the time to let you know what they think and as always a big thankyou goes to them and hopefully we can welcome you back again.

Fantastic Time

What can i say.... Great villa in a great location. Excellent for Disney. The villa was well maintained and had all the facilities. Both the little boy and big boys loved the games room!
Weather at this time of year is wonderful and no queue's at Disney .
We found a fantastic eating place - The Ale House at Hunters Creek. Very highly recommended.
Thanks to Lynda for all the information especially re; purchasing Disney tickets at Walmart.
Thinking about 2012 already.
Hopefully see you then.....
