Stunning Lake View Villa, with Pool, Jacuzzi/Spa, Disney 12 mins

Stayed at this beautiful lakeside villa for 2 sun filled, fun filled weeks, 20th March - 3rd April 2012. Villa was spotless and the best equipped accomodation I have every stayed in. Lots of towels, pots, pans, crockery etc.. The villa also has to be in one of the best poistions on this lovely gated community. Many villas back onto other villas but this one backs onto a beautiful lake with lots of wildlife to see. The sun would rise from behind the trees in the morning over the lake, the best part of the day was sitting by the pool in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise and seeing George swimming across the lake and ospreys swooping down to catch their breakfast, Bliss! The gated community offers security and peace of mind, it is immaculate with well kept lawns and lakes. The location is great, easy to find off the 192 highway and central for getting around the parks. Also easy access to the I 4 intersate for travelling to the east or west coast (Highly recommended). My advise would be, don't overbook the parks or you won't get time to appreciate the villa and pool. We did Discovery Cove, expensive, but amazing! Sea World, great!, Busch Gardens, about an hour and half drive away but the best theme park and also Aquatica water park, this was great and also seemed much less busy than the Disney water parks. I felt this was ample parks to do in a 2 week holiday as we had time to relax and visit the coast, Coco Beach and Daytona Beach. If you have young children you will probably want to visit the Disney Parks. My sister who was staying at another villa on Cumbrian Lakes did the same parks as myself and also the Disney package. She admitted this was too much and was exhausted by the end of her holiday and never got to spend any time in her villa (Although ours was nicer!!) My experience with booking the villa with Michelle was excellent. We kept in touch via e-mail, she answered any questions I had promptly and sent me all the access arranagements via e-mail in plenty of time prior to our departure, directions,helpful info, gate, key codes etc. As you would probably guess, I would not hesitate in recommending Michelles villa to you or my friends and family. Don't bother searching through any more web-sites, if this villa is available for the dates you want, book it, book it now!

This was our fourth time in Orlando, we've always stayed in a different villa each year but this is one that I would use again. It's very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is lovely, set in a gated community, it's so peaceful and secure and you have a lovely lake and trees at the back. There is also an alligator called George who appeared one afternoon and made the kids day! The villa is close to everything, the 192 restaurants, Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Shopping Outlets, International Drive etc - you are really central to everything. The UK owner is also very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing holiday in this stunning villa. It had everything we could want or need and had a relaxing, homely feel. The pool and jacuzzi area was amazing, and with the added bonus of the lake view, it was really special. We would not hesitate to use this villa again. Thank you
