Our beautiful lakeside villa is large and luxurious with stunning views over the lake and conservation area. The villa is air-conditioned, and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). One of the baths is round and big enough for two! There is an elegant lounge and dining area, an archway leads you into the fully furnished kitchen, breakfast area and family room. The pool (with covered lanai) has a Jacuzzi, it is not overlooked and there are sun loungers, a table and chairs. The villa has everything you could wish for including Wireless Internet access, 4 TVs including a 42 inch Plasma, PlayStation 2 (PS2) with latest games, Stereo, Iphone stereo, Video, DVD, games, books and all the linen is included. It is set within the prestigious gated community of Cumbrian Lakes which has nature trails, playground and four large lakes. Shopping and restaurants are only 5 min away, on the 192. It is within 12 min of most main attractions and 1 hour from the Gulf Coast.

Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet and peaceful gated community situated just minutes from Highway '192' off Poinciana Boulevard (Near Medieval Times). It backs onto a large conservation area and there are four lakes, the main lake has a fountain, a jogging and nature trail around it and there is also a small children's play area. The '192' which is just 5 minutes away, it hosts a huge selection of restaurants including: Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Denny’s, Pizza Hut, Ruby Tuesday with its fantastic burgers! And several Italian's amongst plenty of shops including a large Wal-mart. Disney and all the major attractions including Sea World are within 10-15 minutes drive, Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away and the nearest beaches are about 1 hour away. Golfers have about top class 20 courses to choose from.

Stays of less than 7 nights have £60/$100 surcharge. When booking we require a non-refundable deposit (should you cancel your booking) of £100/$170 per week or part week. Refundable security deposit £150 per booking, which is returned following inspection by Management Company. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.

Notes: This spacious, airy villa with vaulted ceilings has 2 living areas, one perfect for family relaxation, which is close to the pool, the other at the front of the house is a bit more away from the general hubbub! The master bedroom has doors opening onto the pool and a large bathroom with separate corner bath and large shower, twin basins and a large wardrobe. The second double bedroom is also en suite. The two twin bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and share a bathroom, which has a bath/ shower. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and an iron and ironing board. A Play Station 2 (PS2) is also available with some of the latest games. Wireless Broadband Internet access has recently been added allowing you to research the parks and attractions whilst you're there. New this year is an Iphone docking station stereo.......so you can listen to your own music whilst on holiday!

The villa has a wonderful location overlooking one of the large lakes and conservation area, it is equipped with everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The Management Company are on hand to ensure that the property is looked after, cleaned before and after your stay, and in the unlikely event you need assistance or advice are available. The villa has the advantage of two living areas, one that is more of a family room, whilst the other is elegant, light and spacious with sofas, cable TV and VCR, which is great for relaxing.

Beautiful Villa and stunning location. Everything and more that was required to ensure the visitor had a good holiday, in fact the description does not do the villa justice. Decor of a high standard and everything well maintained.

It was so convenient to pick up the key at the door rather than drive all around Orlando looking for an agent office to collect it from

My grandson would have easily stayed in the pool all day, and the sighting of the wildlife, including the alligator made it all the more fun.
Cumbrian Lakes was a lovely tranquil place to come back to after a day at the theme parks,yet it was only 5 minutes drive to the 192 and the nearest restaurants ( our favourite was Macorni Grill) Although a car is a requirement

All in all, a beautiful villa in a lovey setting of high standard well worth a visit

Michelle is excellent in keeping you updated and promptly replies to any queries you may have

We would not hesitate in recommending this villa and if we should ever return to Florida, would definitely return to it ourselves

Brillant villa by the lake

Our 1st visit to florida ,we were worried about renting from an unknown agent,felt better when i found out the owner was english like us.she replyed to our emails very quickly.
arrived at this property on the second stage of our holiday having spent a week staying down the road as we could not get two weeks in this villa,must say both villa's very nice but walking into this one was more a homely feel.big screen tv ,not though the time to watch tv. carpeted area which made a change to walk on.
clean with all the mod cons needed for a holiday,
the pool was lovely and the playstation an extra treat for our son.
only 10-15 mins drive to disney parks.walmat 5 mins drive away.
very quite area to stay.
plenty of wildlife to watch around the lake.
would recommend to friends and family and would love to come and stay again in the furture

OK, so many Orlando villas are the same, but what made this one stand out were...
- Closeness to Disney, we got there in 15 minutes.
- Space
- Cleanliness
- Good communication by the owner
We have been to a few Villas in Orlando, and this is one I would return to.

Brilliant!

We wanted somewhere a bit special for our 25th wedding anniversary so we booked this villa.
I can honestly say it is wonderful, and if anything the photos don't do it justice!
You see some amazing wildlife, and I loved feeding the flock(?) of ducks that came to the front door every day. We didn't have any kids with us but I can imagine them loving it.
We have rebooked next year to bring the grandchildren, I would definitely recommend this villa!

Highlights;
The location near the 192 and the parks.
The lake. I used to start the day with a swim in the pool, and watch the sun rise and burn the mist off the lake.
The Jacuzzi. Great to watch the sun go down from.
My husband loved visiting Cape Canaveral which is only one hour’s drive away.

Lowlights;
American food. I started to miss English food, but the food in Florida is cheap and comes in huge portions!

Fantastic, wish I was back!

Good - This villa was way beyond my expectations! Very close to all the amusement parks but situated on a lake so you really go to see some wildlife such as baby alligators, big stork-type things, tortoises etc. We loved sitting in the spa with a glass of after a long hot day having fun.

Bad – One of the bedroom TV’s was a bit small!

Would definitely rebook and recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
