If you want comfort & style at affordable prices then this is the villa to choose. Set in an idyllic, peaceful gated community but centrally located to Florida's attractions, our home is a welcoming retreat after a long day at the theme parks. Our home will comfortably accommodate two families of four with enough privacy between bedrooms. It's also perfect for 3 or 4 couples (double beds in all rooms on request) or as a romantic & extra spacious retreat for two (see further details). The well equipped villa has been decorated with a feeling of America's New England & the open plan layout is perfect for enjoying time out with friends & family. The private, heated, 30' x 15' pool is not overlooked & the pool deck is oversized with dining table, pool chairs & loungers so lazy days & cozy laid back evenings under the Florida sun can be enjoyed in comfort. Cots, high chair, sterilizer, baby monitor available on request. If you have any special requests we will try our best to accommodate.

Cumbrian Lakes is a peaceful and secure place to come home to, yet is so close to all the excitement of Florida. The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney & Sea World are no more than 15 mins drive, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall are around 30 minutes away. If you fancy going a bit further afield, the Gulf Coast to the West, the Atlantic Coast to the East and Kennedy Space Centre are all around an hour's drive. Cumbrian Lakes is easy to find just 5 minutes from Highway 192. You can eat at a different restaurant each night or shop at Publix, Walmart or Target superstores and cook at home for your convenience. As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here. Children can have fun at the purpose built playground or play on the open spaces around the development. Florida's well known golf courses can be found 15 mins drive away

  • THE MASTER BEDROOM has ensuite with oversized bath & walk in shower. The bed is a US king which is big enough to sleep two adults & a toddler easily. There is a telephone, TV / VIDEO / DVD combination. THE KING BEDROOM & THE TIKI TWIN BEDROOM interconnect via their own ensuite with bath and shower (lockable from each bedroom for privacy). The King Bedroom & Tiki Twin has TV / DVD. THE BLUE TWIN has a TV / VIDEO & is reached via a hallway on which there is a 3rd bathroom with bath & shower. Please note twin beds can be changed to a large double upon request if there are three or four couples sharing the villa. Please note all bedrooms have ample walk in wardrobe space & drawers for clothes. The master and double bedroom have enough space for a cot. There is a double sofa bed in the living area with full bedding and quilt set. There are extra blankets in all rooms should you need them and extra sets of bedlinen if you want to change sheets mid stay.

Management of the villa.: Our management team have been chosen for their personal service and are a small but excellent family team. They are always at the end of the telephone and in the unlikely event that you should need assistance during your stay they can be contacted for advice and be with you in a short time if required. They personally fully clean the home between rentals, changing bedlinen and laying out fresh towels for new guests. To make sure the pool is kept sparkling clean it has a weekly maintenance visit. They often telephone to welcome guests to Florida and Cumbrian Lakes ensuring any questions are answered. Should you have any complaints about the rental of the property we ask that you address them whilst in Florida so that our management company can do all they can to rectify the problem and you can go on to enjoy your stay in the magical sunshine state!

Access to the villa: Unlike so many rental properties we do not ask you to travel to an office to pick up keys to the property. After a flight or long journey a further detour is the last thing you want to start your holiday. Our system means you can access the property without a key pickup and start your dream holiday right away! We provide clear written directions on how to get to our home from all major airports.

Romantic Breaks: If you have a special occasion to celebrate whilst in Florida we can help organise flowers delivered to the villa, welcome champagne, wine or chocolates so that you can celebrate in style. Our management team are always on hand and will gladly suggest restaurants and entertainment should you wish to take your loved one on a special night out.

The Villa was exactly as described and excellently presented throughout. Located extremely close to theme parks, restaurants and shops. Close enough for ease of access, far enough for privacy and relaxtion.
Property well maintained and excellent communication with the owner.
I would happily recommend this property to friends and family.
The Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights were amazing and cannot be recommended enough to families with teenagers or young adults.
The weather was also at a record breaking high for those wishing to relax, tan and avoid the hustle and bustle of the popular theme parks.

eddy, carol and family wish to say how wonderful the accomodation was,it had everything we needed,the location is amazing and easily found on journey from airport. A fantastic place to return to after an busy day at parks and nice and peaceful environment. Our family group ranged from toddlers to grandparents & we were all well catered for. The villa is clean & spacious with all the equipment you need for comfortable living. The pool area is lovely & we all especially enjoyed this.
The area is quiet, we liked it because it was handy for shops & restaurants but not too close.
The owners are friendly people who provide a good information pack & are easily contacted if you need help or advice. I would recommend this villa & we would happily stay there again.

Lovely time

The villa and description were perfectly accurate. We have visited both sea-costs, Atlantic and Mexican Gulf which was easy due to villa location. All Orlando's attractions are just 10-15 min from villa. The owner provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Once again, the villa was as described and had everything in we needed for our stay. The only thing I would recommend would be a game room in garage, e.g. pool table...We had great time and we recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area, who want to rest, not only in the evenings, in very quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay!

A day at the East Coast is really refreshing and makes a great change to all the attractions close by. We would love to add a games room to our villa, it is definitely on our wish list. We spend our evenings walking around the beautiful lakes and a splash in the pool with a bottle of bubbly!
