Our luxury lakeside villa is situated in the beautiful community of Eagle Pointe. With a south-facing 30ft private pool affording stunning views over the lake and conservation area, where much bird life can be observed. Peace and tranquillity, yet only a 10 mins drive to the main entrance of Disney and 5 mins from 24hr Wal-Mart and the hwy 192 with its abundance of shops, restaurants, golf courses and attractions. This fully a/c, 4 bed/2 bath lakeside villa is furnished to the highest standard. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for extra comfort. Boasting over 2000 sq ft living space, with 2 living areas, large dining room, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen and games room. The master bedroom has king-size bed, with sumptuous ensuite. There is also a queen double, 2 twin bedrooms - (one Disney - themed for the younger guests!) And a family bathroom. Only 5 mins from 24hr Wal-Mart and HWY 192, with Golf courses, Shopping Malls and numerous Restaurants. 10 mins from Disney's Main gate and 15 mins from Universal, Discovery Cove, Wet'n'Wild and Sea World. Only an hour away from east coast beaches, Cape Kennedy and Daytona. Only 90 mins from the wonderful beaches on the Gulf Coast and an hour away from Busch Gardens. Only 5 mins away from crazy golf, themed dinner shows, helicoptor rides, go karts, Kissimmee Old Town, horse riding and much more! Perfect Place to Stay in Orlando

What attracted me to this property was the lakeside location and that it was so central to Theme Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Centres. It did not disappoint. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The photos on the web were very accurate and the owner Sharon was prompt in responding to any correspondance we had prior to our visit, and indeed after our visit in returning our deposit.

The children (14 & 10) were thrilled and in their element with the games room and the pool. If they weren't in one they were in the other. The resident baby aligator popped his head our of the water occasionally to ascertain if he was likely to have any luck reaching the ducks on the back during the thunderstorms. The kids loved the local Chillis Restaruant and the Outlet Malls. Walmart was only 5 mins down the road and between that and the local restaurants we did very well. If we were to visit Orlando again I would not hesitate in renting this home again or indeed recommending it to our friends.
