As an added bonus the phone provides UNLIMITED LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE & INTERNATIONAL CALLS to most countries at heavily discounted rates (up 90% cheaper). In addition to this, a short walk to the nearby club house provides many other complementary services including internet room, fitness suite, sauna etc. Shopping plaza with restaurants and supermarket is only 3 minutes drive away on Highway 192

Rental rates for the villa in Kissimmee Area, Disney / Orlando, Florida

Notes to the rental rates

• We will discount three or four week stays and any late bookings. Until booking is made, all rates are subject to change without notice. Our rates INCLUDE electricity (except swimming pool heating), air conditioning, bed linen & towels but EXCLUDES 13% local tax. Optional pool heating is £100 per week (recommended between 1 Nov & 31 March). Rates are in British Pounds. £150 non refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance required 2 months prior to arrival. Cancellation before 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeit of deposit. Cancellation 60-30 days prior to arrival date will result in 50% of rental charge payable. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in full rental charge payable. Payments to be made by Personal cheque, Bankers Draft or direct transfer into our bank account.
  
• Our home is managed & maintained by a Management Company locally. As our guests you will have our management company available throughout your stay should you require any assistance. Our home is fully licensed rental home so you can be assured that all safety requirements have been met. Upon collection of the villa keys, our Management Company will require Security Deposit of $300 by way of a Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the villa.
  
• Check in time is 4.00PM and check out time is 11.00 AM (local times). Keys may be picked up from our Management Company's office in Florida 24 hours a day. A mailbox is used after hours.
  All the facilities at Emerald Island's Clubhouse are available to our guests, mostly free of charge.
