Welcome to Emerald Crown Villa! A newly built luxurious 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths villa with private heated pool/spa located in the highly prestigious gated resort of Emerald Island, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World. The Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provides accommodation for up to 14 guests. The Villa boasts 4 Master King Beds and 2 Disney themed twin bedrooms for the children which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TV and DVD players with the children room sporting Playstation2 and XBox games consoles. The family room has a 52' big HDTV screen coupled with a top of the range DVD Surround Theatre Entertainment System and an XBOX 360 games console. The Villa features a beautiful south facing heated pool/spa on an extended pool deck with a Lanai (Porch) providing a welcome shade area. You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped games room complete with a pool table, air hockey, a football table, an electronic darts board and an XBOX 360.

Emerald Island Resort is 2 miles from Disney and is located off Highway 192 on an upland island area that is surrounded by a wildlife conservation area which consists of over 300 acres of protected woodland and wetland habitat that is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna. It is very close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Emerald Island is one of the most prestigious vacation home resort around the Orlando area. Most of the famous known attractions like Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet and Wild, are within a very short drive. And if Shopping is one of your hobbies then you will be spoilt for choice as there are numerous shopping malls within a very short drive time. Booking Deposit required £250 ($400) when the villa is reserved and the balance plus a Security deposit of £350($500) is payable 8 weeks before the holiday dates. Stays of 4 nights or less incur a £70 ($130) cleaning fee.

Emerald Crown Villa represents the achievement of a dream and promises to be one of the premier vacation homes in the Disney Area. The Villa has been professionally decorated and lavishly equipped to provide the holiday guest with every luxury item needed to make his holiday an unforgettable one.
Swimming Pool and Deck Area
The Villa offers a south facing pool/spa that measures 30x15 feet and can be heated if need be. The deck has been extended by 25x40 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 12 chairs and 6 loungers with two tables. A lanai measuring 10x40 feet with two fans offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house is endowed with a 1400 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbeque is also available free of charge. We have also installed a TV on the Lanai and provide a hot/cold shower just outside on the lanai.
Resort Club House
The Emerald Island Resort is a gated resort and offers additional amenities to the holiday guests. These include an 4000 sq ft club house that offers among other things the following: - A shuttle service to the attractions - A Heated Community swimming pool and spa - A Fitness Centre - A Volley ball and tennis courts - A Sauna/Steam room - A Computer room with Internet access - A Video Games room - A Children' Play area - 11 acres of of woodland with nature trails for walking, jogging and cycling
