Emerald Island Lake View is our luxurious villa, situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort. The villa is extremely spacious and offers separate lounge and a large family room with views over the pool, it has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and gives you 'home from home' comforts just minutes from Disney. The large pool has no rear neighbours and is very private, with stunning views over the lake - the perfect place to relax in peace after a busy day at the parks. There is a NEWLY FITTED GAMES room with an 8 foot pool table and football table. FREE local and international calls are provided, so you can keep in touch with work or family without added expense. FREE wireless internet access. Guests at our villa can enjoy the facilities of Emerald Island free of charge, these include a communal pool, sauna, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness room and children's play area.

Emerald Island Resort is surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, and consists of over 300 acres. This includes a shady woodland area which runs through the centre of the resort. Emerald Island is situated just 3 miles from the Disney gates, just off the Highway 192, driving time to Disney is approximately 5 minutes. Other attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios are less than 15 minutes away. There are many shopping malls within a 10 to 15 minute drive, and if golf is your game you will find numerous top class courses within 15 minutes of our villa. The nearest supermarket and a host of restaurants are just 2 minutes away, and the drive from Orlando International Airport takes just 20-25 minutes. You can reach the beaches of the East coast and Kennedy Space centre in an hour. Emerald Island is in a fantastic position, being one of the closet communities to Disney, with excellent road links all of the local attractions are easily accessible.

My family rated this as one of our best holiday rentals ever! The property was exactly as described, spacious and furnished to a high standard. We only had one occasion to trouble the local property agent with a query, and this was resolved immediatly without fuss. It was very conveniently located for all the Disney theme parks (Animal Kingdom being the closest, within 5 minutes drive), although the Universal parks were a 30-40 minute drive away, dependent on traffic. Highly recommended!
