Swimming Pool Area:
The villa offers a 30x15 feet pool with spill over hot tub that can be heated if need be. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 8 chairs and two tables for that drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40x10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbeque is also available if requested at the time of booking.
