A self-catering Florida vacation villa, ideal for all area attractions, this villa is a 2 storey, 2 bedroom home in a very popular resort area of Kissimmee. Located just off highway 192, it is approximately 3 miles from the Walt Disney World main gate and is within easy walking distance to several restaurants. This popular resort complex features tennis courts (floodlight at night for cooler games), a choice of three swimming pools with Jacuzzi at the main pool, a gymnasium, wi-fi at reception, a bar and is ideally located close to shops and restaurants on the 192. The villa will accommodate up to six people, with Queen size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second room & a double sleeper sofa in the lounge. The bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the upper floor, as is the washing machine/dryer, whilst there is a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit most needs. Full air conditioning throughout, all bedding & towels provided

This conveniently located property, is 5 minutes drive from Premium Outlets Mall which is just opposite Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede dinner show. There is ample free parking and Free Courtesy Buses to all attractions from the resort. Close to several golf courses and lakes for boating and air boat rides. Near to Old Town with it's famous Friday & Saturday Night Car Cruises, close proximity to many restaurants from family style to quality dining, to suit all pockets. Less than 3 minutes from nearest supermarket so shopping is convenient for all the family. Easy access to all Walt Disney World resort areas. Only 20 minute drive from Orlando International and extremely conveniently located for all Disney parks, Universal and Sea World, not forgetting Discovery Cove. Quieter than Orlando but still in the thick of the action.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £ 100 per week required at time of booking,. This deposit is part of your total due and not in addition too. Balance MUST be paid no later than 8 WEEKS prior to departure, at which time all documents will be dispatched. All payments to be made by either cheque, postal order or bank transfer.
  • Whilst we do not make any charges for broken crockery etc. it is anticipated that such broken items shall be replaced by the renter prior to departure, such that the inventory is maintained for the next visitors. We try to be honest in our dealings and trust others to be the same.
  • All above rates are inclusive of the 13% state/local taxes and after rental cleaning. Unlike some property owners we do not charge these as add on items. The price quoted is the price you pay.

Beaches Etc.: The property is approximately 1 hour drive from the Atlantic coast beaches of Cocoa Beach & Daytona Beach as well as the Kennedy Space Center. It is about 1 1/2 hours to the main resorts on the Gulf Coast. Miami is roughly 3.5 to 4 hours down the Florida Turnpike.

Experience Of Lifetime: We strongly recommend booking a full day with dolphin encounter experience at Discovery Cove. As this is a limited entry park, we advise booking well in advance of your holiday. This is our personal recommendation, but we cannot guarantee that everyone will enjoy the day as we do.

Golf: Plenty of golf courses within the local facility, including the three championship courses at Walt Disney World resort

FANTASY WORLD IS A GREAT RESORT FOR ALL AGES - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROPERTY WITH HONEST AND HELPFUL OWNERS
The house was set in a lovely quiet area and was clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. As sometimes the case with rented accommodation when the beds can be uncomfortable, this was certainly not the case with this house.
It is situated on a great resort with plenty to do, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, gym ect. It also has 2 computers with printers and internet access that you can use free of charge, which could prove very handy for a lot of people. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
The resort is very central, only 10 minutes away from Disney. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away. (Wal-Mart superstore less than 1 mile away)
We found the owners to be friendly and helpful and would certainly not hesitate in stopping at this property again and would recommend it to anyone

This house had everything we wanted for our 10 day stay in Orlando. It was quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped, with free internet on the shared computers in the reception area. Comfortable beds and easy access to the major theme parks. Supermarkets close by.

The owners were very helpful and provided us with information and advice prior to our arrival.

All in all, a great base.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Your townhouse was everything we needed & the complex was well looked after & clean, it was nice to have the odd day off the theme parks & relax round the pool. Booking process was easy & information sent was excellent. Will recomend to friends.

Florida For Beginners

Clean, well maintained, spacious two bedroom townhouse with TV/video, large electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. (Don't need to take too many clothes as washing only takes a maximum of 14 minutes). Air conditioning is a vital commodity as we visited in August. Patio doors from lounge lead to a mesh enclosed terrace area for outside dining without the fear of insects. Main pool with pool side bar only a short walk from property. Friendly staff in reception where attraction tickets can be purchased and information can be found for other places of interest. Tennis racquets and balls were free to borrow. Email and internet access also available. Activity room for children and gym equipment room for adults. ATM machine in reception. Bank ATM also a short distance away. If you hire a car make sure you hire a GPS navigation system because so many roads look the same it gives you peace of mind while trying to concentrate on your left hand driving skills. Also prepay for your toll roads when you arrange your car hire so that you are not always looking for toll change. Plenty of fast food outlets and restaurants. Don't forget to pick up free coupons for money off vouchers on some attractions and food outlets. Large Wal-mart superstore approx 5 miles away. Excellent food court at Florida Mall with foods from around the world. Food and dining out seems reasonably priced. Even the theme park snacks are good value for money as portions can be large! Property ideally situated as a good base for all the Florida attrractions. Plenty to see and do. We would recommend this property to friends and we hope to return for a future holiday to try and do everything else we missed. Make some memories!!!!
