Formosa Gardens is located between markers 4 and 5 on US Hwy 192, and just 3 miles from Disney. We are within walking distance of Formosa Gardens Village, with a supermarket, selection of 7restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas, and numerous other shops. The 192, with all of it's restaurants and shops, is less than 1 mile away. Orlando Convention Center is 15 miles - 20 minutes drive.

Gardenia Villa is situated in Formosa Gardens Estates, a secure gated community. It is a quiet, peaceful area yet only 1 mile from a supermarket, 7 excellent restaurants, pharmacy, walk-in clinic and a variety of other shops. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Disney's Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM Studios). Also nearby: Animal Kingdom, Cirque du Soleil, 24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild. For shopping, Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, Orlando Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets (formerly Belz) are a short drive.
Gardens
The huge gardens surrounding Gardenia Villa have been landscaped and lighting brings them to life at night, thereby making it a very comfortable place to relax with a drink in the pool or jacuzzi after a hectic day in the stores or theme parks. There are several citrus fruit trees - orange, lemon, ruby red grapefruit and when in season these fruits are available for the enjoyment of our guests.
