Guests love our luxuriously furnished villa 'Sea Pearl' located in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, the closest private estate to Disneyworld. Assiduously maintained, the 3300 square feet of living space provides 2 large master suites (one with sofa bed), one queen bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12. The large family room has surround sound 51 inch HDTV, cable TV with progressive scan DVD and movie library, various movie channels. Cable TVs in all bedrooms. The breakfast table seats 6, while the kitchen bar accommodates a further 4 people. The formal dining room seats a further 6. There is a quiet area in the formal living room. An air-conditioned games room, with full size pool table, fussbal, darts, is also at your disposal. Relax at the end of a long day at the attractions and watch the sun set from the sun drenched 40x18 ft pool, spa or the lanai overlooking Star Lake. Fibre-optic pool and spa lighting display in the evenings.
