We are within walking distance of Formosa Gardens Village, with a supermarket, selection of 7 restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas, and numerous other shops. The 192, with all of its restaurants and shops, is less than 1 mile away. Orlando Convention Center is 15 miles - 20 minutes drive.

Location Description
This villa is situated in Formosa Gardens Estates, a secure gated community. 7 excellent restaurants, 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy and lots more are within walking distance. It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Disney's Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios. Also nearby: Downtown Disney Nightlife, Cirque du Soleil,24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World. For shopping, Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets and Belz Factory Outlet Stores are a short drive.
Gardens
The gardens surrounding this villa have been landscaped and lighting brings them to life at night, thereby making it a very comfortable place to relax with a drink in the pool or jacuzzi after a hectic day in the stores or theme parks. There are several citrus fruit trees - orange, ruby red grapefruit, lemon and lime trees and when in season these fruits are available for the enjoyment of our guests.
Management
The office of our family-run management company is located nearby and they are excellent at making sure that our guests are well looked after.
