This superb spacious villa is in one of the best locations less than 10 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Close enough to return for a relaxing dip in the private pool and spa before returning for the evening firework displays. The property features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. A large kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. The light and airy living and dining area has comfortable sofas, French doors to the pool area and cable TV with DVD/VCR player. The luxurious King-size Master bedroom also has French doors onto the pool area and both a large shower cubicle and corner bath. The second Master suite has a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV. The privately screened south facing pool area is great for the outdoor life with plenty of quality patio furniture, barbecue and a lovely spa.

The villa is on the select Indian Creek development just off the Main 192 east of Kissimmee. This development is much sought after due to its proximity to the Walt Disney theme parks – Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom are less than a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Disney is also only minutes away with a host of restaurants, shops and plenty of entertainment. The Universal Theme parks, Sea World and Wet n Wild are 20 minutes away. There are fantastic shopping opportunities with the Premium Outlet, the Belz Factory outlet and Florida Mall all within an easy 20-minute drive. An hours drive to Cape Canaveral on the East Coast, and 90 minutes drive West, to Tampa and St.Petersburg to the beautiful beaches at the Gulf of Mexico.

Notes: The villa has everything that you need for a great family holiday and can even accommodate 2 families. All bed linen & towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped for maximum convenience. All of the bedrooms also have cable TV and hairdryers are provided in all of the bathrooms. A travel cot is provided and there are child safety alarms on all doors to the pool. The pool is larger than average with plenty of comfortable loungers and chairs. It is south facing so has the sun to the end of the day yet also has a nice shaded lanai area for when you need to cool down.
