A private one storey villa built in 2000 situated in the prestigious development of Indian Creek. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 king ensuite, 1 queen ensuite. 2 twins, w/shared bath. Extra pillows & blankets. Breakfast nook, dining room. Screened pool/spa, can be heated (optional). Cable TV in 2 bedrooms & family room/VCR/DVD/Stereo/CD player/games/books/videos. Child Proof pool safety fence/door alarms to pool area. High chair, stroller, pack and play. Telephone for FREE UNLIMITED local, long distance & INTERNATIONAL calls. Washer/dryer, iron/board, dish washer, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker/micro/many dishes/pans/toaster/ glasses/ slow cooker and other small electric items. All linens, towels, pool towels, 3 hair dryers, smoke alarms in every room, fire extinguisher. Air Conditioned/heated. Gas Grill (BBQ). Garage, tennis courts, children's play area, putting green in community. 3 miles to Disney, Water Park 30 min to Orlando Airport, Universal 20 min. Kennedy Space Centre 45 mins.

This is not a homeless shelter,if you want a low or no cost stay try the YMCA Our repeat guests some for 5 years speaks for itself. WE are not the cheapest but you get only what you are willing to pay for.. We do not have a arguement with persons that are able to rent for less they know what their properties are worth..

We have stayed here twice - it is great to have a private pool for the kids (the adults enjoyed it as well). The house is clean and comfortable and it is great to have all linens included. Close to disney which makes it possible to come back to the house in the middle of the day to rest and return to disney later in the day. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Definitely plan to return here.
