Our villa is truly magnificent, it is on one of the largest plots on the development with a spectacular, 50' completely private back garden, and a massive 30' X 15' swimming pool with extended patio area. It has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two further bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom, making it ideal for two families sharing. The villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all amenities including a MICROSOFT X-BOX. We also give you free Local and International calls with Internet access!

Our home is situated on the Indian Point development just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee which is packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions. The villa is close to all amenities, only ten minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Sea World, Universal Orlando & International Drive. There is also some fabulous shopping all within a 20 minute radius. On site are club facilities that are free of charge to all our guests. These include a large swimming pool, child’s play area and tennis court.

Rental Rates vary from Season to Season £475 - £625 - Please contact for a price.
We accept payment in £ sterling & $ US Dollar & all Price's are Inclusive of All Taxes.
A Refundable Security Deposit of £100/$150 is also required.
We recommend Pool Heating between October & April and will require and additional charge of £85/$135 per week.
We are happy to consider special discounted rates for stays of 3 weeks or more or late availability. But for stays of 5 nights or less a charge of $65 will be added.

Our villa is managed by a British company, the home care branch of which is based on the Indian Point development. The home care agents are on call 24 hours a day, so if you should require any assistance during your stay a representative can be with you immediately.
