This beautiful self-catering villa is located in the sub-division of Indian Point, Kissimmee so is in the ideal location for Disney, Sea world, Universal Studios and many other major attractions. It has two master suites so is ideal for two families sharing, two twinned themed rooms and a dining area leading off the large living area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, games room and a 30ft pool with plants and shrubs around it, giving it that tropical fee. Just ten minutes from Disney and only two minutes from the US 192 Wal-Mart. This little piece of paradise is a haven to come home to after a busy day at the attractions with it's covered lanai and extended pool deck.

Indian Point is just off the 192 and therefore the ideal location for Disney, Sea World & Universal Studios and many other major attractions. Kennedy Space Centre is only an hours drive East and a fantastic day out for all the family. Local beaches include Clearwater, St Pete's & the Gulf of Mexico (west) and New Smyrna, Daytona and Cocoa beach (east). They are renowned for their white sands and clear water so pack up the cool box, load up the beach chairs and head off for a days fun. Orlando is a shoppers dream with it's many malls and factory outlets. International Drive is only a short drive away as are the majority of the shopping malls. Local flea markets offer reasonably priced luggage - you are sure to need that extra case for all your bargains. The amount of restaurants on 192 are too many to mention but you will never be short on choice for dining out or ordering in.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Rental includes all local and state taxes.. We offer a 5% discount for bookings of three weeks or more and can sometime offer special deals so please enquire. For stays of under a week, an $85 cleaning fee is imposed.
    Optional pool heating is £15 / $30 per night.
    WOULD AMERICAN GUESTS PLEASE ASK FOR RATES IN DOLLARS AND NOT RELY ON SITE CONVERSIONS WHILST THE EXCHANGE RATE IS SO HIGH.
  • We require a deposit of £150 ($250) per week on booking with the balance payable eight weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of £200 ($350) will be required and should be sent with your final payment. If no damage to the property occurs then this bond will be returned to you.
  • We can accept personal cheques or money orders. Direct payment into either our UK or US bank accounts and we can also accept either currency by credit card if paid through Paypal for which you do not need a Paypal account. Paypal facility incurs a 3% charge.
    You will be sent a receipt for every payment made. Upon receipt of the balance you will be sent full instructions on how to find the villa plus either a key or key code for entry to the home. So, you drive directly to the villa and have no pick-up point to find.

  • The King master en suite has a corner tub and separate shower cubicle, a WC with privacy wall and vanity basins for him and her. There is a large walk-in closet which also houses the guest safe. The Queen en suite bathroom has a tub with shower over and a single basin. Both twin rooms share the third bathroom. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms and there are plenty of good quality towels for your use.

  • The King master bedroom is richly furnished with an excellent quality sleigh bed with pillow-top mattress, TV and bedside phone plus a computer station with internet access. This room has an en suite. The Queen bedroom also has top grade bed, TV and bedside phone and also has an en suite. One twin room has a jungle theme with a high mounted, multi-channel television. There is a 3/4 size cot with linens stored in the closet for an infant. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds and is Disney themed. This room overlooks the pool and has a Mickey Mouse TV and Playstation 2 with games, plus a play table and toy box. The window to this room is alarmed and in the closet there is also a roll away bed for one additional guest.

Notes:

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need and has a breakfast area. There is also a more formal dining area for those special evening meals and this is located off the living area. The south-east facing 30ft pool is heated to approximately 84 degrees all year round. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables under the covered lanai area and toys to play with. The extended deck, which catches the sun from sunrise to 5pm, is covered by a fine mesh screen to keep the bugs away and has a privacy fence. All doors to the pool area are child alarmed. The garage has been converted for use as a games area with pool table, dart board, air hockey and boccaball. This area is not air conditioned but a large ceiling fan has been installed for comfort and this room also doubles as a utility area for washing machine and tumble dryer.
