Now with free, unlimited, international and US phone calls and a computer on a broadband connection. Villa Captiva is located on the attractive and secure Indian Ridge development, 4 miles to Disney. Our beautifully decorated house boasts spacious living and has a screened, heated, 32' south facing pool and shaded sun deck complete with hot tub! The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, new patio dining furniture and an electric barbecue. The plot is much larger than average and the large garden backs straight on to a woodland conservation area so you are not overlooked! The family room and all the bedrooms have 70 channel cable TV. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, two are twin bedded. One twin is decorated in a Sponge Bob theme, a child’s delight! You will also be able to enjoy, free, the private tennis court, playground, basketball hoops and large pool at the nearby residents' club. The games room has a 7' pool table, electronic darts and fuzball!

A great base for visiting the theme parks

An excellent villa with all the amenities you need. Perfect location for the Disney parks and not too far to Universal or SeaWorld either.

The accomodation is well laid out and our party of 6 had plenty of space. The free phone calls and internet is really generous and allowed us to keep in touch with family.

The villa is set in a quiet area and backs onto woods. The pool is great and isn't overlooked at all.

The assistance and information given by the owners is first class.

Stunning home from home

After being let down by our holiday accommodation at the last minute, I contacted the owners of this property. They couldn't have been more helpful or patient with me and we managed to sort out all the arrangements with just 3 days to go before flying out!. The house, on arrival, exceeded all our expectations. It's immaculate, lovely and very homely. We were a fairly large party of 2 adults and 7 children, but the house was more than big enough for all of us. The themed bedrooms were fantastic for the younger children. The games room was an added bonus and kept us all entertained. The pool is a lovely size and because it is not overlooked, it was nice to sit out there at night with a glass of wine and relax. The hot tub was fantastic after a hard day at Disney or Seaworld!. Location wise, the house if brilliant. It's close to Disney and Seaworld, but not too far from other attractions such as Daytona Beach, Blue Springs State Park, Kennedy Space Centre and Clearwater Beach. I could rave about this property all day long, we were very sad to leave but I can't thank the owners enough for everything they did to help and allowing us to stay in their beautiful house at such short notice!. Great great great

Faultless, from the initial booking arrangements to the day we left. Before we got to the villa we were supplied with airport directions to the property door and useful hints and tips for the property. The property was well maintained and fully met our needs with plenty of space for us to relax within. We were a family of four but the property would accommodate more without impacting heavily on your own space. Villa came with all the fixtures and fittings that we needed and the use of the phone and computer was a useful addition. Location was ideal for all attractions in and around Orlando and easy passage to Tampa. Surrounding area was quiet and the view from the pool to the tree line was un-spoilt. Did require to call the management company once during our stay but they resolved our issue quickly.
Property is ideal and would fully recommend the property.

Clean, well-maintained property. This home is close to all the Orlando attractions, and great for a family vacation. The home is well appointed and reasonably priced. The pool is private and very enjoyable after a hot day in the Florida sun! The owner provided excellent customer service, and we enjoyed it.
