A great house in a great location

My husband and I stayed here for a week, along with my daughter and her friend and friends from Toronto. We had a wonderful time in Orlando (as always), and the villa was lovely to come back to each evening. It's exactly as described, very well equiped and beautifully maintained by the management company. Ideally situated for both the parks and some decent shopping as well. A huge Walmart is just down the road for all your grocery needs. Jacky and David are a pleasure to deal with, and two small issues we had whilst we were there were dealt with quickly and pleasantly by the management company.
I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone, and our Canadian friends were particularly impressed.

Great villa in beautiful setting

Our family stayed in this villa for 1 week and had a great time. The villa was perfect. It was very clean and well equipped. It was situated in a super position on the lake - eating breakfast watching the wildlife was a joy! The villa was just off the 192 so well situated for the theme parks and restaurants and Walmart just down the road was a further plus. Lake Berkley resort is also recommended for its facilities and lakeside walk.
The owner provided us with excellent directions and information and after 12 hours of travel we found the villa without difficulty.
Jacky and David were very helpful with the booking process and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa. Overall we couldn't have had a better start to our holiday.
Owner's Response: The lake view and walks make the holiday more relaxing after a busy day in the parks. Breakfast overlooking the lake is a great start to the day.

Family Vacation to Kissimee-Orlando

Place was very clean and well maintained. The pool man and property managers took good care of the lawn and pool while we were visiting. The description of the location and house was very detailed. The owner communicated effectively to all questions/concerns regarding stay. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, secure house to stay for vacation; I felt at home. We enjoyed many of the attractions close by like Wonderworks, Ripley's, Titanic, and Arabian Nights, among others. We really enjoyed grilling by the pool.

We stayed at another property on Lake Berkley Mar 08 so knew this was the right location for us to return to. However, this time we wanted to book direct with the owner and could not have chosen either a better home or owners to rent from. Booking on the internet was easy with all questions answered promptly and lots of information provided, payment was simple and deposit return very prompt. The accomodation was as described and very clean, with all ameneties provided with the home kept in excellent condition by the property managers. The property management co: were also accessible even on Superbowl nite we returned home unable to gain access as the key code entry system was not working, a quick phone call and they provided us with the emergency access code to main system and they attended the without any disruption to us early the next morning to replace the worn out batteries. Although unsecure, we could get internet access all over the house from the pool to the front bedroom, without any problem. Thanks to Dave n Jackie for the loan of their home for 2 wonderful weeks, we will definitely be back.
Owner's Response: The villa has now been updated with internet access so guests can enjoy using the internet. The management company work very hard to keep our villa to a high standard and excellent condition for our guests.

Just landed and could not wait to let you know how much
we enjoyed staying at your home. Your home is comfortable,
peaceful, and most of all beautiful. Loved how shopping and entertainment was so close to your home. Wish we could have
stayed longer,but guarentee we will return maybe for our honey-
moon because my man proposed to me in your home. Again,
