Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Form by Ct and backing onto the main lake with a fantastic view of the lake, pier and playground, our house is a single story 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with upgrades in every area. The villa is fully air-conditioned with decor having been upgraded to the highest standard. The villa has a formal dining room to enjoy your culinary delights (or a take-away) as well as a breakfast bar with 4 stools for a less formal snack. The living area boasts leather sofas and designer furniture to help unwind while reading or listening to your favourite CD. The main living area also hosts a l51' Plasma TV with video and DVD players - we have a small library of 50 family and blockbuster movies. A PSP II with 4 games is located in the main bedroom - so make sure to bring the kids favourite games and memory cards!! A 'full on' games room has full size table tennis , pool table and air hockey. NEW - high speed internet access - just bring a laptop and leads!

Notes: Of the 5 bedrooms two have double beds (the master boasting a queen size) with twin beds in two and twin plus bunk beds in one room. All beds are upgraded to ensure maximum comfort. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities with a corner bath, separate double shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 also has en-suite facilities. The versatile accommodation can sleep up to 11 people in permanent beds plus cots so Grandma and Grandpa or family friends can come tool. Alternatively, two families can use the house without living in each other’s pockets - this really keeps the cost down. Games room with full size Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis and PRO (not cheap Wal-Mart) Pool Table. Tennis Equipment, Fishing Rod etc. Who needs a garage when they're on holiday? We didn’t so we changed it to a 'full on' games room - the perfect place for a family tournament over a cool one. Just be sure to let the kids win! We also own the 4 bed house right next door which will sleep 8 in permanent beds..........

NEED MORE ROOMS???: In February 2008 we bought the house next door and had it completely refurbished. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a family room, dining room, kitchen and games room - please check our website for all the info that you need. Together the two homes can accommodate 19 adults in permanent beds plus infants in cots..... Perfect for larger families wanting separate houses - THESE ARE RIGHT NEXT DOOR
