Luxury four bedroom, three bathroom detached villa which overlooks lake on gated Lake Berkley resort. Private pool faces west so sun nearly all day at all times of the year. Villa is well equipped with cable TV and DVD player and extra TVs in two bedrooms. free wireless internet access throughout house. Recently re-decorated to a high standard.

Lake Berkley is located approximately 10 minutes drive from all the main Disney theme parks and water parks. It is ideally situated for golfers too with world-class facilities such as the three championship courses (Nicklaus, Palmer and Watson) at Reunion resort, Celebration, Falcon's Fire and many others less than 20 minutes away. There is a Walmart superstore less than five minutes drive away and all the restaurants and other attractions located on Highway 192 are also five minutes drive. Lake Berkley has on-site tennis courts, a licensed bar, games room, computer room and fitness room

We had an amazing holiday in orlando. loads to see and do only problem was we had to come home. The weather was perfect throughout our stay. The villa had every thing we needed and was very comfortable.The location is great for both disney and universal parks and perfect for lots and lots of shopping trips. We had all ages staying with us in the villa from a six month old baby to young at heart adults, the villa catered for all our needs.We would definatley book this villa again and recommend it to friends etc. Thanks for making our stay feel like home...

Myself and wife spent 12 enjoyable days in this lovely home. It was very clean and tidy with everything in good condition. The wi-fi worked perfectly which was important for us.
Excellent quiet location, overlooking one of the two lakes- which makes relaxing on the pool deck extra enjoyable. The swimming pool is a very good size- although at the time we were there the pool heating was needed. The security worked really well and the staff at the gate were so friendly and helpful.
Very convenient for all the attractions- and Walmart, close by, has an excellent food section if you do not want to go further.
And the owners were so very efficient and friendly to deal with.
