Our villa is situated at Lake Berkley, a quiet and secure location just 10 minutes drive from all Disney attractions. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. A marker for location is Medieval Times along the 192 highway. Accommodation: Bedrooms - Master bedroom - king size bed (with TV) En-suite; Second bedroom - queen size bed (with TV) En-suite; Third bedroom: full size bed and single bed; Fourth bedroom - twin beds; Family bathroom shared by third & fourth bedrooms. Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher etc; Utility Room: Washing machine & tumble drier; Living Rooms: Top lounge with comfortable suite; Family lounge with 7 seater suite, 32' TV, DVD and VCR; Dining area, Breakfast nook. Other: Outside Lanai overlooking swimming pool.(Child Safety Fence); linen/maid service: All linen and towels are included; Maid service can be arranged if required (extra cost); Cots, highchairs etc on request.
