Woodlands Villa is a large (2381 sq ft), 2 storey beautifully furnished air-conditioned home with stunning 33ft pool backing onto private woodland for absolute privacy. Spectacular over-sized deck for outside dining and relaxation, including a covered lanai. The pool even has underwater lighting for those evening swims. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 sun loungers. 2 separate living rooms mean there is space for all the family to spread out and for those days spent at home, a selection of books and DVD's are provided for your enjoyment. Our home also has 3 cable televisions, each with over 50 cable channels to choose from! Please note that Woodlands Villa is strictly non-smoking although guests are welcome to smoke outside in the pool area. A 360 degree virtual tour and more photos can be seen at our website. A map showing Lindfields in relation to theme parks etc may be emailed upon request.

Located in peaceful surroundings yet only minutes from theme parks, golf, supermarkets and an incredible choice of bars and restaurants. Woodlands Villa is close enough to Disney that if you wish to take a break from park-hopping in the middle of the day, you can return home for a swim, meal or even a short nap before returning to the parks for their wonderful evening shows, parades and fireworks.

  • Pool Heat is optional and costs £95 in 2010 and £100 per week in 2011. Pool heat is recommended between October and mid-May. Full size wooden Baby Cot & Highchair provided free of charge. Local telephone calls are free of charge (Long distance calls may be made using a pre-paid phone card) All prices include a total of 13% Florida Taxes.
  • A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure booking.
    Full rental balance is due 2 months prior to departure from UK.
    Fully refundable security deposit of £200 per booking is payable - due 2 months prior to travel.
    Late bookings (within 2 months of check-in date) require full payment at time of booking.

Beaches: Lindfields is located an easy 1 to 1 1/2 hour drive from several beach resorts.

Shopping: Orlando has always been a popular shopping destination for overseas visitors. Woodlands Villa guests will be spoilt for choice. A few of our favourite malls are : Florida Mall, Mall at Milennia, Buena Vista Factory Outlets, Orlando Premium Outlets (Burberry, Coach, Ralph Lauren etc), and 24hr Walmart Superstore Most shopping malls and outlets offer discounts to out-of-town visitors - ask us for details.

Cruising: Orlando is just a 45 minute drive from Port Canaveral so why not follow a busy week at the theme parks with a 7 night relaxing Caribbean cruise ? Carnival, Disney and Royal Caribbean cruises all operate out of this port.

Golf: There are many golf courses to choose from within a short distance from Lindfields including those located within Walt Disney World. Previous Woodlands Villa guests have mentioned the following amongst their favourites:- 5 minutes to Orange Lake Golf & Country Club,10 minutes to Champions Gate Golf Club,12 minutes to Celebration Golf Club and 15 minutes to Southern Dunes Golf Club.
