A Brand New villa in a quiet location yet well positioned for all attractions just off US 192 highway. The villa has been superbly furnished, fully equipped with all appliances with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The villa has a large over sized pool screened /heated in a south facing position -sun all day. Mesh screen allows sun filters through but keeps insects out. Our pool has a new type child’s safety pool guard for children’s safety, which can be easily dismantled. Lanai (covered porch) with ceiling fan and lighting for those hot evenings to relax by pool. Villa has four bedrooms -two Master Ensuite bedrooms with king and queen sized beds each with lots wardrobe space. Third and fourth twin bedded rooms having ample storage/wardrobe space. Family area with dining furniture and chairs in nook with additional bar stools under breakfast bar in kitchen area. Separate laundry, fitted oak kitchen All bed linen and towels provided. Villa has a monitored security system

The villa is situated approx 4 miles from Disney World on Lindfields development. Situated just off US 192 highway. VIilla is situated in a quiet location with no through traffic with mature landscaping. Allows excellent access to all parks - Universal, Sea world (20 minutes) away. Larger shopping Malls Premium Outlets and Beltz 15-20 minutes away. A wide choice of golf courses to suit all with a host of sporting activities available. Lindfields is easily accessible from Orlando International, Sandford, and Tampa airport. Lindfields location allows you the choice to spend part of the day at Disney parks and part of day relaxing by pool for lunch then returning later in the day to Disney parks for evening events. It boasts full range of restaurants only minutes away to suit all tastes. New Super Wal-mart 24hr only minutes away along with other supermarkets. Away from Disney world an hours drive approx will take you to Kennedy Space centre, Merritt island, Coca Beach, Clearwater.

We have rented this villa three times and already booked for next year, this i feel says how much we enjoy this accommodation for our family holiday.It is so comfortable and has every thing you would require.The location could not be better as all popular attractions are with in easy reach, food stores,shopping malls and restaurants are all close by and in abundance.We especially like the neighbourhood as everybody seems to be so friendly and and the quiet location means you can relax by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine in peace.We recommend Loggans and The Longhorn if you fancy a good steak and excellent service

We have been going to Florida for 15yrs and have always rented villas. This was one of the nicest we have been in. Lovely decorated and clean. Pool area great for relaxing and cooling off after a day round the parks or the many shopping malls and outlets. Great location for all the parks, restaraunts etc.

Great villa with good size pool

What an excellent holiday! We were a little nervous, as had never rented a villa previously, though with a 2 year old daughter we didn't want to be tied down to a hotel. We needn't have been worried, the Villa surpassed our expectations; was very clean, accurately described and in a wonderful quiet area - ideal for the familay, though very close to the Disney Parks and Sea World, and a very convenient grocery store stocking pretty much everything you would need. All styles of restaurants are failry close, many offering delivery if needed. The pool was lovely to retire to after a long day trecking in one of the Disney parks, or just chilling out on a lazy afternoon. There is a number of outlet malls nearby - so if you are after a bargain a good place to visit. The closest beach was approx 1 hr away (Cocoa Beach), and whilst nice to visit, I honestly think we had more fun at Aquatica (wave pools, kids splash park area, lots of rides for adults and children, and even sanded beaches!) The whole family absoluetly loved it, and be sure we would recommend this to all our friends, and likely return when we re-visit Florida.

If renting a car, advise you get a GPS, as takes all the stress out of getting from A to B.
