'Still Waters', our beautifully-appointed & highly upgraded lakefront villa, is a perfect vacation choice if you appreciate luxury & tranquillity, yet want the convenience of being as close as possible to the Orlando Theme Parks, shopping & Golf Courses. The view of the lake from the pool, spa & deck is incomparable, when you sit outside sipping a cool drink in the evening, watching the sun go down, then seeing the moon rise over the water, you will find it hard to believe that you are just 5 minutes drive from the main gates of Disney and the lively Highway 192. The south-facing private pool catches the sun all day long, all year round, but there is lots of cover to escape the sun's rays when it gets a little too warm. This is one of the largest 4 bedroom vacation homes in the Orlando area (2600 sq ft) so there is ample room for 2 couples or families to holiday together in comfort - especially as the 2 King-bedded Master Suites have identical, very large bathroom facilities.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include: Florida sales & tourist tax, utilities, bed linen, bath and pool towels, high speed wireless internet, local phone calls, use of safe. A child's Travel Cot (crib), High Chair,Stroller and Stair Gate are also provided free of charge. There is a cleaning charge of £55/$110 for stays of 7 nights or less.
  Electric pool heating is £100 ($200) per week during October-April. Pool heating is optional but recommended for your additional enjoyment during May-September and is available then if required at a discounted rate of £50 ($100) per week. Hot tub heating only is £35 ($70) per week, all year.
  
• If you would like to rent 'Still Waters' for your vacation, please e-mail or phone us for a Booking Contract. A 20% deposit of the rental cost will secure your booking, and this must be paid by credit card (no charge).The balance becomes due 8 weeks before your arrival. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, then payment is due in full at the time of booking. A security bond of £250 ($495) is required at the time of your final payment. This will normally be returned in full within two weeks after your departure, subject to there being no loss or damage to the property and its contents.
  
• PAYMENT METHODS
  We try to make this as easy as possible for you. We accept payment in either £ sterling or $ US. Payment may by made by cheque (mailed either to the UK or the US); VISA / Mastercard/Paypal (3% service charge, and the amount will be converted to $US at the current business rate if made in £ sterling), Internet Banking (£ payments only).

Swimming Pool, Spa & Deck

The sparkling private south-facing heated swimming pool has been specially designed with a small water feature & tropical planting to create a very pleasing scene overlooking the lake, especially at night with garden lighting. The whole pool & deck area is mesh screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out. The shaped pool measures approx. 28 x 13 feet, so you can swim or just enjoy splashing about in the shallow end. Pool heating is optional during May - September. A luxurious hydrotherapy Hot Tub/Spa is there for your enjoyment. With its 18 adjustable high performance jets, 7 multi-level seats & underwater multicolour lighting, soaking in the hot swirling water is truly a pleasure after a long day out! The large deck has ample luxury pool furniture for 8 guests, together with a large table & chairs for al fresco dining; the lanai with ceiling fan, and two large sun umbrellas provide protection from the sun if desired. An electric BBQ grill is included for your use.

Summary of Accommodation

The 2 master suites have King-size beds and identical bathroom facilities (twin sinks, walk-in shower, full-size bath tub and separate WC). One of these bedrooms is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool & deck, the other is upstairs with views over the lake. The 2 twin bedrooms upstairs share a separate bathroom which has sink, WC & bath with shower over. One twin bedroom overlooks the lake, the other has conservation views. All bedrooms have been equipped with Cable TV & DVD players, and a Playstation2 games console in one of twins. Downstairs, the accommodation comprises : Living Room with professional slate bed pool table; open plan Kitchen with granite worktops, Dining Area overlooking the pool; Family room with a large flat screen cable TV, DVD & CD player; large sliding glass doors to the pool deck. Powder room, Laundry room. And of course, one of the Master Bedrooms as described above. Garage with automatic door opener plus parking on driveway.

Other Features

'Still Waters' has the benefit of FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, so if you bring your laptop you can use it anywhere in the home - even out on the pool deck- if you need to keep in touch while you're away. You can make FREE LOCAL PHONE CALLS from the house, if calling long distance you can buy a pre-paid phone card from the supermarket or pharmacies. A child's Travel Cot(crib), High Chair, stroller & stair gate are provided FREE OF CHARGE if required. We employ a professional and caring Management Company to look after 'Still Waters' on our behalf, & they are your contact 24/7 in case of any problems arising with the villa. For your peace of mind, the villa is protected by a Brinks alarm system & our guests have free use of a safe for small valuables. Access to 'Still Waters' is by electronic key pad, so you just drive straight to the villa on arrival - no need to waste time going somewhere first to collect keys! If you bring your rods, you may fish from the lake.
