Swimming pool area:
The rear of our villa is south facing and backs onto 50 acres of woodland conservation area. With hedges lining both sides of the property, you will have absolute and total privacy during your stay at the villa.
The decked area is screened and equipped with sun loungers and a table and chairs for 'Al fresco' dining. There is an additional lanai (covered shaded area) where you can sit and relax away from the midday sun. It is equipped with a ceiling fan for additional comfort.
The pool itself is fully maintained, always clean, and as warm or as refreshing as you would like it to be. There is a separate jacuzzi / spa with a feature waterfall into the main pool. It is equipped with coloured underwater fibre optic lighting to enable night time swims if desired. The spa is controlled by an automatic switch and if you choose to opt for pool heating will heat to approx 105F for ultimate relaxation
Bedrooms:
The first and foremost is the spacious master suite comprising a king sized bed with patio doors leading onto the pool area. The en suite bathroom has a sunken double bath, large vanity area with twin sinks and a walk in double power shower. There is also a walk-in closet providing exceptionally spacious storage. The bedroom also has a TV with cable channels (incl HBO)
Bedroom 2 has a queen size double bed with built-in wardrobes and drawer units and cable TV
Bedroom 3 & 4 are both good sized double bedrooms equipped with twin beds in each room, also with plenty of wardrobe space.
General:
As stated in another section of this advertisement for our villa, we really appreciate how important it is when deciding where to stay during your holiday. When considering buying a villa we spent a long time viewing different styles and different locations - we bought this villa due to its wonderful private location and genuinely view it as home from home when we come on holiday. It might be worth pointing out that this villa was one of the showhomes for Sunset Lakes when the development was first built. Showhomes by their very purpose are normally a little bit special and we feel that this property is no exception. The villa has been recently fully refurbished in September 2007.
