This wonderfully luxurious, exquisitely furnished, 5 bed 5 bath villa with 30ft south-facing pool is totally private with uninterrupted views over a scenic area. It is on over 1/4 acre with magnificent landscaped gardens. The pool and huge pool deck get the sun all day and the large lanai provides some welcome shade and a ceiling fan. The pool deck has lots of super-comfort furniture for ultimate relaxation. The superb accommodation consists of: 2 king en- suite bedrooms and a queen room, all with luxurious orthopaedic mattresses; 2 large twin bedrooms; 2 dining areas, spacious family room with large TV, ceiling fan and doors to pool. All bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans. Most telephone calls are free. WiFi - for your laptop. Windsor Palms is the premier vacation resort, located just minutes from Disney, restaurants and shops. It is a gated community with a clubhouse and recreation centre complete with tennis and basketball courts, fitness centre, Olympic size pool, cinema etc.

Villa Details: Sunburst Villa is located on one of the best sites in Windsor Palms. On over one-quarter acre, the neighbouring villas are some distance away. Mature shrubs and plants provide privacy for the pool area. The view from the pool deck is stunning and the sunsets are breathtaking. We have lots of super-comfort furniture - 6 sun loungers, 2 recliners, 2 ottomans, 8 chairs. Inside, the villa is superbly furnished. There are 2 king en-suites and a queen bedroom. The king and queen rooms have luxurious pillow-top mattresses and the main master has doors to the pool. There are 2 twin bedrooms also. All bedrooms have TV's and there is a large one in the family room. Also, a DVD player, VCR and radio / CD player. There is a formal dining area, casual dining area and a large family room with doors to the pool.

Location: Windsor Palms is located 3 miles from Disney Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios. Also nearby: Downtown Disney Nightlife, Cirque du Soleil, 24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World. Formosa Gardens Village, with a supermarket, 7 great restaurants (eg. Outback, TGI Fridays, Carrabbas) and numerous other shops, is 1 mile. For shopping, Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets and Belz Factory Outlet Stores are a short drive.

We had a great time staying at this villa this year and will keep the details should we wish to return to Florida in the near future. It had everything you could wish for and was in an enviable position, very private. The pool area had sun all day and was very comfortable.

Fantastic villa

Just returned from this fantastic villa and have already booked to return next year. We have been to several villas in Orlando over the years and this is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The pool and pool area are fantastic, loads of space and sun all day! The location of the villa is perfect for the parks, malls and restaurants and is very comfotable and spotlessly clean. We had great fun on the wii in the air conditioned games room. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Pool is not 36 foot long!

We really did our homework when choosing a villa for our holiday this year, and mainly choose Sunburst villa for its location and the advertised huge pool.We decided that we would forgo a spa as the pool was advertised as 36 foot and would be big enough for the children to swim comfortably. We were very disappointed (and felt cheated) with the pool, as it is only 28foot long, not 36 as described. The total pool deck is probably 36foot long.
The location of the villa is great, at head of small cul-de-sac, and close to the 192.The outlook from the pool deck was fab. The air conditioned games room was welcomed, but there are no DVDs or CDs at the villa, so take your own with you.
Overall, location of the villa is great, but the small pool let it down for us, especially as it does not have a spa.
Villa was spotlessly clean, and felt very much like a 'rental', and lacked the personal touches that other villas we have stayed at have.
Owner's Response: We took the measurement of 36 feet from the details when we bought the villa and we have since measured it as 30 feet. This has now been amended.

Excellent Villa

We have been to Orlando 6 times and this is the best villa we have stayed in by far. We have just returned from a 2 week stay in July. The location was perfect, close to disney, shops and restaurants. The complex was clean and offered alternative activities (tennis, cinema, volleyball, basketball as well as indoor activities in the clubhouse). The small shop on site was very useful.
The villa itself was superb, well equipped and well maintained - so much so that we did not want to leave. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.
