Notes to the rental rates

• THIS RATE IS FOR PAYMENT IN US $'s ONLY (by credit card, travellers cheque or by US bank cheque), the Sterling and Euro prices are guideline only - please ask for a specific quote in these currencies. A $200 (£100) deposit secures the booking - balance due only 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by VISA or MasterCard is possible subject to a small surcharge of 3.5%. Credit Card details will be required to act as a security deposit, saving additional unnecessary payments prior to the holiday. Midweek arrivals and departures accepted.
  
• Rates inclusive of all taxes. FREE SOLAR POOL HEATING. A brand new Electric Pool Heater has recently been installed to supplement the Solar heating. If required the cost is currently $25 per day ($150 per week).
  
• For groups in excess of 8 people a small utility surcharge of $30.00 (£15.00) per additional person per week will apply. There is NO MINIMUM STAY but a cleaning charge of $85 (or equivalent) will apply to stays of 4 days or less.

The villa is conveniently located within a 20 minute drive of all the Disney attractions. A bank, petrol station, various restaurants and 2 large 24 hour supermarkets are situated just outside the security gate and a major shopping mall is located only a short drive away. On-site facilities include the Championship golf course, a golf clubhouse that provides bar and dining services to golfers and non-golfers alike, basketball and tennis courts, a children's play area and a large community pool. A nearby fitness suite which has a small multi-gym and cycling and walking machines, etc. is also available to our guests at ZERO CHARGE. Furthermore, as the community is now fully built and 'sold out' we can guarantee that there will be no noise from any building construction located near our villa, unlike some newer communities.

A visitors' book comment by the Miller family from Delaware, USA says it all: 'We have been to Southern Dunes four times and this was the superior home. Loved the decor. Being a golfer this villa on the 16th hole was sensational.'

To ensure that the villa is maintained to a very high standard we regularly visit the home ourselves. It was recently redecorated throughout to provide a clean and fresh look for our guests. Also, we have just added a 50' Plasma TV and Home Theatre system in the lounge for you to enjoy on those more relaxing evenings. RECENT ADDITION TO SERVICES: We are now able to offer guests a babysitting and companion service via our Management Company. The fully professional team will send a qualified babysitter to the villa and/or can provide a 'helper” to visit the parks with you and your family, should you need an extra pair of hands. They are also willing to provide a companion for any elderly person who may wish to remain at the home whilst the family is away for the day. Whatever their task, they will provide the appropriate age sitter, relevant toys or occupational items, etc. Please ask and we will provide you with the relevant costs.

Golf Information:

Southern Dunes is a 'must play' course for anyone visiting Central Florida. The rolling layout features huge, fast, undulating greens and wide fairways flanked by more than 180 bunkers of all sizes and shapes. The dunes are planted in scrub, grasses and ornamentals - in many ways a round of golf at Southern Dunes is reminiscent of inland links golf in the British Isles. Other courses within 20 minutes drive include: Disney (x 5), Orange Lake with 54 holes (9 Floodlit), Diamondback, Orange County National (36 holes) and Champions Gate (x36)- the new Greg Norman designed courses. Details of many other good local courses are available on request. The clubhouse has recently been extended to provide a new Pro-shop and a larger restaurant. The restaurant provides excellent meals throughout the day and on selected evenings to both golfers and non-golfers alike.
