Our luxury villa backs on to the 17th fairway of this award winning Championship Golf Course just 20 minutes from Disney. The SOUTH FACING extended pool deck has a newly installed HYDRO SPA hot tub with FREE heat, 4 padded lounger’s and a covered dining area. The pool has FREE solar heat. We have planted Oleanda and Hibiscus to give extra privacy. There are 2 master suites with ensuite facilities, one with KING SIZED BED the other with a queen and 2 twin bedrooms. All have cable TV. The family room has a 32' Digital Cable TV, giving access to UK sport, a Video, DVD player and PlayStation. The air conditioned GAMES ROOM has a pool table, shuffleboard and an electronic darts board. The kitchen and utility room have everything you will need for your stay. All towels and bed linen are provided. The Golf Club bar & Restaurant are within walking distance. Southern Dunes is a 24 hour gated community. The perfect place to relax between park visits. Southern Dunes Golf & Country club is on Hwy 27, just 20 mins south of Disney world near to all the major Orlando attractions. The East Coast beaches, Kennedy Space Centre, the West Coast beaches & Busch Gardens are easily reached in about 1 hours driving time. Five minutes walk from our villa is the Southern Dunes clubhouse bar and restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch & dinner menus. Just outside the gates of Southern Dunes is a Wal Mart superstore which sells anything from food to pool toys! There are also several smaller shops, fast food and family restaurants, such as T Bones and Manny's Chop House, bars and banks. Eagle Ridge mall is 15 mins drive & offers major stores, such as J C Penney & Sears or 30 mins drive is Lakeland Square mall which also has a Macys, Dillards, Best Buy & Circuit City as well as a great selection of restaurants. Southern Dunes golf & country club is an ideal location for your holiday. Golfers or non golfers will enjoy the friendly, peaceful atmosphere

Southern Dunes Golf Course is rated in the top 100 in America. Steve Smyers' dramatic award winning hillside layout at Southern Dunes will present you with a challenge unique in Central Florida. This 18 hole Par 72 links-style championship course features large, fast, undulating greens, water hazards & expansive fairways flanked by more than 180 bunkers of varying size and shape. With elevation changes of 100 feet, the dunes are planted with shrubs, grasses & ornamentals. The challenging conditions and impeccable playing surfaces make Southern Dunes a must play when visiting Central Florida. Southern Dunes has a very comfortable & impressive Club House, which is available to our villa guests. It offers breakfast & lunch menu items, a variety of dinner entrees, banquet facilities, golf shop, a PGA professional staff for golf instruction - and of course a bar! The price of a round of golf ranges from $35 to $110 depending on the season. Golf clubs can be hired.
