Luxury Villa with south facing pool overlooking Fairway.

The villa has three bedrooms, which will comfortably sleep six people. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a walk in wardrobe and looks out over the pool area. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes & ample drawer space, both have hairdryers. The third also has wardrobes again with plenty of drawer space and two single beds. Two large sofas give comfort to the living area whilst watching cable TV or a DVD. There is also a mini Hi-Fi and a PS2 to keep you amused. The large dining table seats six and is situated off the living area with views through the patio doors of the swimming pool and golf course. There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/crockery (including outdoor). There are also two bar stools to sit at the breakfast bar. We have a games room with pool table, air hockey, darts, tennis rackets and a full set of golf clubs all on carpet for your comfort and safety.

There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 24hr WalMart at the entrance to Southern Dunes. Situated on the US 27 and only 7 minutes drive to I4, the location is ideal for stressful free driving to the parks (away from the dreaded 192) which are less than 20 minutes away.

We wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we received the security
deposit check and to say, 'Thank You'. It was a pleasure doing business with
you and we commend you on your prompt responses with our initial inquiries
and now the return of the security deposit.

Your Villa is absolutely beautiful and was far above our expectations for
comfort and convenience. Although, we spent long days at the parks, we
welcomed the homey feeling your place gave us each evening upon our return.
We even had one late night relaxing swim in the pool, since the weather was
perfect with mid to high 80 degree daytime temperatures.

Thanks for helping make our vacation a memorable one!
