Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home overlooks one of the most scenic fairways of Southern Dunes Golf Course. Our home is kept to extremely high standards and we have just added a games room which contains a pool table, darts board, tennis rackets and 2 sets of RH golf clubs & 1 set of LH golf clubs. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and golf course and all bedrooms have their own TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes and ample drawer space. Hairdryers are included. There is also a hi-fi and ps2 for your enjoyment. Free wireless broadband Internet access has been installed (remember to bring your laptop).There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, and all cutlery/crockery.
The pool is south westerly facing making the most of the sunshine and the wonderful sunsets and has a stunning view overlooking the 3rd green. The villa and pool deck are elevated thus giving privacy from passing golfers.
Local Information:
There is a licensed bar/restaurant at Southern Dunes Country Club. In addition there are 3 community pools, a lake, fitness centre, tennis courts, and a children's play area. The villa is within walking distance (5mins) of a 24hr WalMart supermarket, petrol station, banks, shops and restaurants.
Disney, Sea world, Universal Studios, Wetandwild, Fantasy Of Flight, Gator land are all within approx 30mins drive.
Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and Daytona are all within approx 60mins drive.
For an exhilarating experience visit Boggy Creek for an air boat ride to see alligators in the wild or just sit on the banks of the lake and watch bald eagles, ospreys and kites fly past

Southern Dunes Golf And Country Club is a highly rated PGA championship course. It is rated the 6th best course in Florida by Golf Week and given 41/2 stars by Golf Digest. The championship course features a dramatic hillside layout, rolling terrain, large, fast undulating greens and over 180 bunkers. The design encourages players to use their imagination as the use of the slopes can help manoeuvre the ball around the massive high lipped bunkers and closer to the hole.The distinctive look, imaginative design and impeccable playing surfaces of this Steve Smyers masterpiece has kept Southern Dunes consistently ranked among the nations best. The villa is situated above the 3rd hole and with lovely views down the fairway.
