When we selected our Florida Villa we looked at all developments and layouts before choosing Southern Dunes and our 4 Bed 3 Bath Florida home. Because of our layout we have three great areas to relax and enjoy yourselves when resting between your trips out. We have a front lounge which we call the quiet area which also has the dinning area. Through the arched opening we have the Kitchen with the rear lounge this has a casual eating area with sofas . This area also has the TV and DVD Player. We then have the Games room with the FULL SIZE pool table , Air Hockey Darts, PS2 Games console and bar with stools ideal for all ages to relax or to keep the children amused.We believe due to this what ever you want to do to relax an area in our Villa is available in our spacious layout.The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Our Pool has an extended decking with lounges ,chairs table ,.FREE POOL heating by Solar panels electric by agreement FREE calls in America/Canada

Southern Dunes is located on Highway 27, six miles from Interstate 4 the main route through Orlando, which due to this location, gives quick easy access on the new road system to all attractions and both coast without the congestion of the mass developments around Disney. We also have a Wal Mart supermarket at the entrance together with fast food and other restaurants Our Vila is located on a quiet area of Southern Dunes with a south westerly pool deck for all day sunshine. In the nearby town of Winter Haven a large selection of restaurants are available for your enjoyment. Once you have visited you will soon be coming back. We are not overlooked by the Golf Course and the Golfers who start playing at first light which can be very intrusive especially if you are lying by the pool. We also have planted a shrub shield for even more privacy.

Notes: Our Furniture has been selected to appeal to all requirements including the BEST BEDS you can buy for that great night sleep. The bedrooms are located either side of the main living area with two master bedrooms with en-suite and two twins which share a bathroom/Shower. Plenty of storage space and wardrobes are available in all bedrooms including a walk in closet for the maim bedroom. The en-suite to the main master has a large tub and walk in shower. All linen is provided together with pool towels. A sofa bed is located in the front lounge if required. Southern Dunes is located 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and close to Tampa and Busch Gardens It is located in a quiet residential area and affords the best of both worlds being close enough to the attractions for ease of access but also giving quick access to the Beaches of the west coast if you want a rest from the Theme Parks.. There is a Wal-mart at the entrance to the community together with Restaurants,fast food outlets, Eckards, Video rental shops and Banks. In fact everything you need on the doorstep.If you desire you can actually walk to them if you want.English papers are also available at Wal-Mart..

BEST Villa and location we have stayed in Florida

This Villa was just as it says in all departments. After staying in Rolling Hills / Disney areas this location was a breath of freash air.The villa was just as it is on the pictures and the Solar Heated pool a must for any holiday Villa great for the kids.The hedge screen made the pool deck very private and the location nice and quiet. The beds are great best in any villa we have stayed very comfortable. The villa is decorated to a high standard and kept spotless by the local couple who look after it. Wall-mart is on the doorstep and local restaurants are great espeacially Mannys. We also went to the local town of Winter Haven to eat nice to get away from the tourist area.
Also in the villa a proper Pool table not a half or small one.
I would recommend this Villa to all types of Visitors because it meets all needs.
The Golf is great i play of 12 and it is challenging. Also the Club house is very nice for a relax and beer after a round or to stroll to for lunch
We have just booked again for next year cant wait

Our Fab Stay in this Villa

This villa was all that we had hoped for & more. Has excellent facilities & a secluded pool that is solar heated. Great location, good Security & very well looked after by an english couple who are very helpful. Only 20 mins to all the Disney Parks ( we did them all).
There is a Massive Walmart at the entrance to the complex a must for all your grocery needs & whatever else you want including A big clothes & shoes dept, Pharmacy, Opticians, Hair Salon, Bank, Nathans restuarant & a Petrol station. & The Best Bit its open 24hrs.
