Extended decking makes a more spacious area and superb views overlooking the 17th fairway of the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf& Country Club, which now has 24hr SECURITY.

Mature plants around this villa for extra privacy and the sweet smell of Jasmine as you approach the front door makes this villa and all the extras it offers you for your comfort very special. Two master bedrooms both with en suite KING size bed & Queen. There are 2 twin bedrooms & a further bathroom. A queen sofa bed (with comfortable mattress) is provided for extra sleeping. Perfect for parks and relaxation

This is really the perfect villa in the Southern Dunes development. We have stayed in Southern Dunes a few times before due to its balance of access to parks and shops (Walmart!) as well as providing the opportunity to relax in peace and quiet.

The villa is one of the best we've stayed in - well decorated and stocked with all you need and a great pool and outlook over the golf course.

An excellent Villa with very accommodating owners

We stayed in Jane's Villa during the first week of Easter. We had been let down by our holiday company and needed a Villa at very short notice. Jane's Villa just happened to be free. Jane was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with on the phone, with everything organised within 2 hours. On arrival, the Villa exceeded our expectations. It is set in a beautiful golf resort, which is not only gated but manned by security. Everywhere is well maintained and cared for, and the Villa overlooks a superb golf course from the rear. The Villa has a lovely homely feel, which makes you feel at home there yourself from the word go. The facilities are excellent, from the games room to the kitchen and everthing is in great condition. The pool and hot tub provide a great way to unwind. I would reccomend this Villa to anyone who is looking for quality accommodation in Florida. It is easily accessible from Orlando airport, an easy 20 to 30 minutes to the Parks and Outlets and the resort sits just in front of a Walmart. We will definitely look to stay again as soon as we can.

Fantastic Holiday

A lovely villa which is well looked after,a great location on the golf
course.The villa is very well maintained and very clean,well equipped with
everything you may need the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable.Great
customer service while you are on your holiday if you have any problems someone
is only a phone call away to help you.The pool area overlooks the golf course
its very relaxing and peaceful,great for all the family.Walmart supermarket is
close by & great place to shop and get everything you need.Recommend a
restaurant called mannys went on four occasions it was fantastic, we also
visited Dennys they do a very good burger,we also went to Planet Hollywood at
down town Disney.Recommend Diamondback, Island Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes,
Champions Gate, Southern Dunes GC.Would definitely recommend this villa to
family and friends so look no further you have found the perfect place to
stay.Thanks Jane&Pete for letting us share your holiday home.

Superb holiday villa

just returned from our first time in this beautiful villa could not of asked for anything better, home from home immaculately presented villa the pool area including jacuzzi large screen tv made this extra special we will be telling all our friends and family, just wished we could have stayed longer very sad to leave. Also Jane who we rented the villa from could not have been more helpful and friendly. I will never go back to staying at hotels again, cannot wait to return for another visit, thanks Jane for making our holiday with our family so very special.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
