This is a luxury villa with a unique location on the banks of a beautiful lake and wildlife reserve.

The building is modern, spacious, fully air-conditioned and recently fitted out with everything you could possibly need for your holiday.

All the major attractions and international airport are a short drive away.

The whole building has recently been completely refurbished and we have done everything we can to make your holiday a success and will provide you with as much help and support as you require.

The villa is located in a secure walled residential area. All the normal requirements such as restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and gas station are within a two minute drive. There is a Walmart store less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. This will supply you with just about everything.

The airport is only 15 minutes drive away and all the major attractions are easy to reach. Disney is a 15 minute drive with Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet-n-Wild taking about 20 minutes.

General Information: The villa is situated in a secure quiet area adjacent to a beautiful lake and wildlife reserve.

It is also within easy driving distance of all the major attractions and international airports.

There are a number of golf courses in the area, including Falcon's Fire and Meadow Woods.

You will be provided with an information pack containing information you may need during your holiday. This also contains the phone number of our local management company who can provide you with any additional help or information.

A food hamper can be provided for your arrival if requested.

Facilities at the villa: The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.

The lounge has seating for six, a large screen HDTV, Blue Ray DVD with theatre surround sound, PlayStation II and a sound system with tape, CD and radio.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-making machine, and a cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, telephone, waste disposal unit, seating for four plus all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment.

The pool is 30ft long with electric heating available during the winter months for an extra fee.

There is a fully equipped laundry room and dining area with seating for six.

There are three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom in master bedroom and flat screen TVs with DVD in all bedrooms.

There is an additional bathroom.

The double garage contains a pool table, table tennis, table football plus additional items you may need such as a high chair, barbecue and cooler box.

All linen and towels are provided.

Local amenities: The information pack we provide will give you most of the details you will need regarding the location of supermarkets restaurants, etc..

The 192 highway is nearby and has an information centre which provides comprehensive information on all the tourist attractions plus discount tickets.

You could not ask for more

The Villa, facilities and location were excellent and extremely good value for money. The owners and management agency made everything easy and we had a wonderful holiday.
We will be returning soon and I recommend the villa to anyone who wishes to have a high value holiday at a very reasonable price.
The pool is much bigger than any other that we have had before and very warm and relaxing. The owners have gone the extra mile to ensure that everything you need is catered for.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Florida Villa 2011

When we arrived at he villa we found it to be even better than the description we had read. It was thoroughly clean throughout and had everything we could have possibly hoped for, the attention to detail was perfect.
This was the perfect place to come home and relax in after a busy day at the theme parks, it really did feel like our home for 2 weeks.
I would definatley recommend this villa to friends as it is a lovely villa in a fantastic location.
All of the people we dealt with, both in the UK and USA, were lovely. We really couldn't have asked for better and I honestly cannot think of anything negative to put.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

We have visited Florida every year for six years and this is the best villa we have stayed in so far.
The facilities are excellent, the location perfect and the owners extremely helpful.
We will be staying at this villa in future and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting Florida.

Great villa! Fantastic location & very spacious.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in September 2009 & had a fantastic time. Although it was just the two of us the villa worked out cheaper than staying in a hotel for a week, with the benefit of having a private pool & lots of living space, which we missed staying in hotels for the rest of our holiday!

The villa has a great location about a 15 / 20 minute drive from Universal & other attractions, but in a quiet residential neighbourhood which allows for some peace & quiet in the evenings. The pool is great & lovely views of the lake behind the villa where we saw various birds, a couple of deer & an unconfirmed alligator sighting!

The owners were really helpful before our stay, sending us lots of relevant information about the villa & surrounding area, as well as during our visit when we had a couple of queries. The property was as shown in the pictures & fully equipped with (several) TVs, loads of DVDs etc.

The nearest supermarket was Walmart which was fine for juice, snacks etc but you might want to venture slightly further afield if you are planning on eating in some nights as Walmart doesn't have a great variety of fresh food, plus the supersized quantities food comes in may not appeal if you are a couple & not on holiday with a big family! The same went for restaurants - we didn't find a huge variety very close to the villa, more decent ones within a 20 - 25 minute drive e.g. along W Sand Lake Road, where we ate at the fantastic Seasons 52 restaurant (a refreshing change from burgers!).

Overall we had a great week & were sad to leave, especially knowing we would have to share a pool for the rest of the holiday! We would thoroughly recommend the villa to other couples, as well as families or groups of friends, due to the location & the spacious accommodation. Thanks again to the owners!

Excellent Vacation Home

I booked this home for myself, my parents and my brother and his wife for a week’s vacation. We found the home very clean and roomy for all 5 of us. We had a far better family vacation staying together than in separate hotel rooms. Not only did we have our own private pool and game room (which I learned my dad was ping pong champ of his Jr. High School...something I never would have found out had we not stayed here) but it was far less expensive than any resort!!! My family and I will be returning to this beautiful home for years to come! Thank you for opening your home to us!
