This fabulous home from home with private heated pool and games room is situated in a quiet cul de sac with a large south facing private heated pool on the secure gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Located only 15 miles from Disney, this well kept secret jewel of Central Florida has become a golfing opportunity that can't be missed when visiting the area. As well as the immaculate golf course, there is also the golf clubhouse with its excellent full service restaurant and bar, a golf shop, 3 communal pools, a clubhouse with a small gym, a children's play area, free tennis courts and a fishing lake. Outside the gates of Southern Dunes is a 24 hour Wal-Mart Superstore (within walking distance), a Dollar Tree, a bank, a Blockbusters and various fast food places. A short car ride away will take you to plenty of other restaurants.

Southern Dunes is a gated community and is located south of Orlando within easy driving distance of all the theme parks and attractions. You are also only one hours drive from either coast. The links style golf course at Southern Dunes has been widely acclaimed and voted as one of the top 100 golf courses in the USA. Other on site amenities include a putting green, clubhouse with bar/restaurant, communal pools, scenic lake, gym, children's play area and tennis court. There is excellent shopping and dining only two minutes from the gated entrance of Southern Dunes, including Walmart Superstore, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Pharmacy, Mc Donalds, Burger King, Outback Steak House.

1963 Bermuda Drive

This beautiful Florida villa has its own private swimming pool which is fully screened and south facing to catch the sun all day long. Pool furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The villa consists of a master bedroom with a huge and very impressive ensuite. A twin room and a third bedroom with a bunk bed double on the bottom and single on the top. There is also a pull out sofa bed that can cater for two people - maximum occupancy is 8. This home has everything!! Not only does it has a second living area with a computer it also has a games room with pool table and basketball ring. As with all of our villas the kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher microwave, washing machine and separate dryer. It really is a home from home, with TV's in all bedrooms. The swimming pool area is fantastic with oversizes deck are with covered patio area offering a shaded area out of the sun.

Hi Abi
we had a lovely holiday thank you very much.
The villa was fantastic, well kitted out with everything we could want or
need. In great repair. We rang about the pool heat on our second day there
and Paul was over within the hour. It's in a great location for all the
attractions and it was great to be able to walk to Walmart and restaurants
too. We would not hesitate to recommend your villa to anyone who's looking
for a place in Orlando, and I'll mention it on my write-up on Trip Advisor. Just a couple of points that I think should be mentioned on your
website/literature, that really made our trip.
1. Your pool is south facing. I know It's mentioned on the very bottom of
your webpage, but It's a definite advantage, so I'd highlight it a lot more.
A few friends of ours won't even look at villa's that isn't south facing. 2. Computer access, we used your pc to access out work emails, this was
definitely a great selling point for your villa.
