Rental rates for the villa in Haines City, Disney / Orlando, Florida

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates include US sales tax @ 12%. All linen and towels are included. The villa has a telephone for which there is free unlimited local calls. The telephone has a data port / wireless for high speed internet connection at no additional charge. We use a system of security deposits. The security deposit is $400. If all is well following your rental, $400 will be refunded. Should there be any damage following your rental then the security deposit will be used to make good the villa. We do reserve the right to make an additional charge should the security deposit be insufficient. Pool heating is recommended for all bookings from 31st October to 31st March. Pool Heat is charged at $28 per day including tax. For holidays of less than 6 nights there will be a cleaning charge of $110 and a booking fee of $35 added to the rental charge including tax. There are optional items that can be rented at an additional charge for your use during your stay including BBQ, high chairs etc.
  
• We accept payment by electronic transfer to American bank account, by cheque (dollar or euro only) or by Paypal.
  Check In time is 4:00PM.
  Check Out time is 11:00AM.
  A $40.00 Damage Waiver will be added to your bill and it limits your liability for accidential damage up to $1000.
  All major credit cards accepted subject to a fee of 4%. Payments accepted by Pay Pal subject to a fee of 4%.

It is one of the best public golf courses in Orlando Florida and has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. Southern Dunes is not only recognized as one of Orlando’s finest golf courses, but has been nationally ranked as well. Southern Dunes has been awarded a place in GolfWeek's “Top 100 Modern Courses” from 1997 – 2000, a 4 ½ Star ranking by Golf Digest and “Top 10 Courses Built In America 1987-1997” honors by Links Magazine. If you are vacationing in Orlando and want to play golf, you cannot pass up the opportunity to play the best golf course in Orlando. All of Orlando's attractions are accessible from the villa which is located about 17 minutes from Disneyland. Tickets can be purchased for all attractions with your booking.

Shopping

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is right next to a Super Wall Mart Store where all of your provisions can easily be obtained. There is a brand new Publix supermarket just opened on the Us27 which is 2 minutes from the Villa next to the Heart of Florida Hosiptal. A pharmacy is also close by. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are only a short drive from the villa on the I4.
