Our Villa:
Our fully air conditioned spacious villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard for permanent living. It has a large very comfortable living room with large screen television, two ceiling fans with lights operated by remote control. A well furnished separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. There is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board. Free local phone calls. A cot, high chair, stroller and playpen provided free of charge.
Outside:
Our south facing screened swimming pool / jacuzzi (with optional heating) is very private and has excellent views over the 8th fairway. It is reached by patio doors from the lounge or master bedroom. There is an extended paved pool deck with ample areas for both sun and shade with poolside furniture (4 chairs, 2 loungers and 2 rockers) for relaxing. There are pool and patio lights for evening swimming. If it becomes too hot there is an outside fan and also a sun canopy which can be lowered to extend the shaded area.
Southern Dunes Golf.:
Southernd Dunes itself has a championship golf course rated 4.5 star by Golf Digest. It was opened in 1993 and is ranked 51st in the top 100 courses in America by Golfweek magazine. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favourite with both locals and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet which is unusual for a Florida golf course. There is a Pro golf shop and an impressive clubhouse. On course beverages and snacks are available throughout the day from the travelling beverage cart. The golf buggies are programmed to show the distance from your ball to the hole. Guests have complimentary use of their leisure facilities including fitness gym, communal pools, children play area, fishing lake, tennis courts and clubhouse with restaurant and bar.
