Located in the 'Terraces' of Tara Golf and Country Club this top floor, large end corner apartment has wonderful views over the second fairway and lake. The unit is fully air conditioned, newly decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. Large living / dining room. Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom with twin beds and large closet is adjacent to a second full bathroom. The bright fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook with views over the fairway. The living area and master bedroom both have access to a large corner lanai from where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views and sunsets. Free golf and tennis with nominal club membership transfer fee.

The prestigious, private Tara Golf & Country Club is located on the Sarasota/Bradenton border close to Interstate 75 which gives easy access to a host of other Florida attractions. Tampa International airport and Busch Gardens theme park are a 50 minute drive. Disney and all the other Orlando attractions are 90 minutes. A 20 minute drive will take you to some of the best gulf coast beaches in Florida including the world famous Siesta Key where dolphins and manatees can often be seen swimming in the warm waters of the gulf of Mexico. Centrally located for many golf courses, shopping malls, fishing, boating and state parks. Downtown Sarasota has an abundance of fine restaurants and theatres and is home to the Ringling circus museum and mansion.

During peak months of Jan to March, monthly rentals only. 2 week minimum rentals at all other times. SPECIAL RATES DURING SUMMER MONTHS ( JUNE TO SEPT ) GIVING 3RD AND 4TH WEEKS AT HALF PRICE. Refundable security deposit required. Rates are inclusive of tax, utilities, local telephone calls and cleaning.

The golf course is a Ted McAnlis designed 6820 yard layout situated on 600 acres and surrounded by nature preserves. The course offers four sets of tees to provide for players of all skill levels. The course is private and only members are allowed to play. Transfer of membership entitles you to free green fees - only a modest mandatory cart fee applies. Walking allowed mid-afternoon onwards.

Beaches Abound: There are many beautiful beaches to be visited along the gulf coast, all within a short drive including the award winning Siesta Key with its fine powdery white sands. Voted the cleanest beach in the USA for 6 years in a row.

Shopping Delight: There is a vast selection of shopping experiences within the local area ranging from the sophisticated boutiques of St Armand's Circle to the factory outlet shopping mall in Ellenton and the Tampa International Plaza & Bay St Mall with over 200 speciality shops. We have just returned from a couple of weeks at this wonderful condo and cannot talk too highly of our experience.
From the very start Pam and Ian were great to deal with offering helpful suggestions and making our life easier.
My step son and I played golf most days , walking later in the afternoon... and what a great golf course for all abilities. We are both single figure handicaps but still found the back tees a great challenge.Pro shop and all at Tara were really friendly and we felt very much at home.
The condo has just about everything you would need and we were extremely comfortable.
We only had to walk down the stairs to the tennis court and then a few extra yards to the swimming pool, both of which were terrific.
We have stayed in a number of owners properties in recent years and never had a duff one... but this was cerainly one of the very best and we look forward to returning at some point.
Thanks to Pam and Ian for their hospitality.

We stayed at this property during July 2008. The property was exactly as it appeared in the advert, very well maintained and had everything you would need for a holiday. A real home from home.. My family used the clubhouse facilitles and found everyone and the club to be very helpful. A real golfers paradise! The condo was suitated near local shops and was within easy access to the insterstate. It was a great base and you could travel easily by car to the nearby beaches.
I would definatley return to this property and would have no hesitations in recommending to a friend.
Dealing with the owner was very easy and i found she provided a great customer service. A very enjoyable holiday experience.

My wife and i loved our stay at pam and ians apartment.The accomodation was perfect,the location great.The facilities are everything you could wish for , golden beaches swimming,sightseeing, nature in all its glory, dolphins in the gulf . sunshine virtually guaranteed. Access from major airports in orlando or tampa is quite easy.The golf courses are fantastic, the shopping malls will suit everyone with some great bargains. We will definately be going again soon. I would recommend it to anyone, its a perfect home from home.
